I try to visit Europe every other year to experience a new place and culture. And after (2) decades, I notice I've been revisiting favourites. However, as a born/raised Canadian (mainly the T.O., Rexdale, Milton areas), and with fam in BC, AB, QC and NS, I am quite fond of the Canadiania charms. Interestingly, I found the Bellflower to be a sort of mix of European aesthetics with Canadian roots. It reminds me of those boutique and pop-up spots in NYC. The prices align with their value proposition, meaning less a Food Basics or No Frills and more a Sobeys/Longo's/Pusateri's. Had a latte and a bacon/egg on an English muffin - and just took the place in. So I think the Bellflower will be a new favourite with its aesthetic and charm. Maybe not a daily visit, but definitely re-visitng and not just because its very local (right outside of my condo).

This market is absolutely delicious for stay and graze, grab and go, and dine - now snack later. I love the open kitchen, shopping, restaurant vibe as it's bright and airy with a constant view of outdoors. I loved every shopping item I found from sweets, to charcuterie must haves to wine ... seriously, you can't go wrong with anything you put in your basket. It's all delicious. I didn't receive the warmest welcome, which was most unfortunate, and then again while shopping was somewhat 'fluffed off' by the same individual, but thankfully another staff member stepped in to offer some great service and they were excellent. Looking forward to returning for a dine in experience. Cheers, Spicy Jan.

We stopped by for a glass of wine recently. Friendly staff, lots of seating, great premium food and wonderful displays. They are open early for coffee tho we were there later in the day. I think it will be a hit.

Come on down to the Bellflower Market where you can get that Kraft peanut butter you've been looking so hard for. Nice inside....but there is no cohesiveness or direction with anything they are selling inside. A random Mish mash of things someone thought was interesting. The coffee shop inside was slow. This place claims to be a wine bar....I expected a selection of charcuterie or cheeses....space that could be used for something like this was occupied by Gay Lea butter, becel margarine and Tre Stelle ricotta. A...
