Booster Juice — Restaurant in Edmonton

Their employee Marie needs to learn better customer service! I had placed my order and before I could finish my sentence/complete my order she had asked my name but walked away as she did so to go do something with another order when she got back I continued to asked for the booster that I would like to make sure she got that and she interrupted me again to ask for my name so I repeated my desire for a booster to make sure she got my order correct and she for a third time just said “what is your name” and then once I gave my name she finally proceeded to confirm that I wanted a booster. Why not say something as simple as “yes” then I would know my order was complete. I found it extremely rude to not acknowledge what I was asking for before I gave my name, it seemed like she insisted I had to tell my name before doing anything further, she had a passive aggressive smile the whole time and fully knew what she was doing. I was shocked and I’m sure she could see that on my face as I went speechless. I will not be returning to this location.

I walk into the shop, order shake, say no to the yogurt or honey, and was told the extra add ons are free with the shake. Wait, no, only get one add on free. Then hand me the card reader, with the screen asking how much of a tip am I giving! Um , you want a tip for a walk in standing at the counter for an overpriced low quality whey shake. Tips are for great service. Or at least being served. Not for standing across from me at a counter in some store that needs to be cleaned. 9 bucks? For this? Abd have to navigate around to figure out how to opt out of being coerced into a tip. If it was 5 bucks, I'd think okay, whatever, but 9 bucks leaves me feeling like I was violated abd then left . My gym makes real high quality whey protein shakes for 5 bucks after training and they taste amazing. This tasted like bleh. Closed forever - that's what it seems each time I have been there(or most certainly will be closed forever soon, given their pathetic service). Each unfortunate time that we have been to this place with high hopes to have fresh juice, we are told that they already washed their juicer and cannot make any more juice. The smoothies(seems like the only thing they have anyways) are overpriced and very low on quality with a lot of sugar and very little natural ingredients. They should revise their opening hours on google since they show as open on google for name's sake but stop serving most of the menu items earlier than 2 hours before closing time...don't drive your way down to get disappointed here, but if you happen to fall into this hopeless pit nevertheless, walk into the Starbucks right next door for instant...
