If I could give a 0 star I will because of the attitude of your staff. I usually came a few time during a week at this location because I love the drinks at Coco. Today I came to buy a drink and a guy who works there staring at me so weird. I came to take my order. He told me that last time I did not pay for the drinks and they had the camera there so what??? Like I tried to order and do not want to pay??? I ordered and he took my order. He gave me the receipt and I waited there for a long time to get my drinks. Why didn’t he check the transaction and told me it did not go through. I always use my phone to tap and if the transaction does not go through he should regconize it because that time they are not busy. So everytime I come there and pay I have to check my bank that the transaction goes thorough or not??? After I hear that I told him I did not know so I willing to pay back for that. I came back there few times so there are no reason for me to scare that I try not to pay for my drink and he would regconize me! I feel so upset about that and for sure never coming back. That amount of money won’t make me richer. I better drive further to another locations better to get my drinks than that mocking attitude towards your loyal...
Read moreFirst time there and it was really good. Been looking for a place that offers grass jelly and pudding so was super happy that they did. The only thing they could improve on is how they serve hot drinks to go. Hot drinks really shouldn't go into a cup that would work better for pop and giving a bubble tea straw to drink a hot beverage isn't ideal so the customer can actually enjoy the drink while it's hot instead of having to wait for it to cook down so they can drink it...

I would like to share feedback about my experience during my visit. The lady working on the till seemed to need more training on customer service. She did not greet us properly, rushed us while we were placing our order, and gave the impression that she was irritated that we came in to buy.
I believe some additional training in customer service and communication would help ensure customers feel welcomed...
