Came here on a Friday last week and it was super busy. I was worried it would take some time to get my food as I was only on my break, but the staff got through customers so fast. I was really impressed by the level of service Margaret provided - my poutine had a perfect amount of toppings and the fries were fresh. Ate it all in a matter of minutes. IT WAS THAT GOOD! At WEM for March Break and ate at NY Fries the first night. We got three different poutines and plain fries and everyone was happy.
