I had a very bad experience here. The first time, the lady charged me full price even though there were summer offers and signs everywhere. She got angry when I asked why and said I needed to tell her the app code. I wrote a review, and the manager called to apologize, was very nice, and offered me a refund, but I told him not to worry about it. On October 16 I was with my girlfriend, she loves Burger King we arguing, so I drove her there. I ordered for her but didn’t get anything for myself. Than I went here at 12:20 a.m. I placed an order, but it didn’t show on the screen. When I asked the staff said, 'We can't do anything about it. I asked if she could please tell me what I ordered, and she reluctantly corrected herself, saying, 'Oh, yeah, yeah.' Also I said I please no ice in drinks.' She told me tell them at the window. I said that ice would dilute the drink and make it lose its fizz. If I’m going there, they always put ice in and then remove it, so please tell them no ice, and she said ok tell them at the window. I got my order and stopped in the parking lot to eat. I noticed I received the wrong order. I decided to check the dashcam footage for audio and video, then I went back and said, 'Sorry, you gave me small fries instead of large, and the pop isn't the size I ordered.' She didn’t even apologize and rudely said, 'Hey, hey, it wasn’t me who took your order.' She charged me the difference between the small and large, which cost me $2.61 and didn’t give me a receipt, so I don’t know what I paid for When I asked for her name to leave a review, both she and her friend REFUSED. It's okay for people to make mistakes, but there's no need to be rude or dishonest. I’m fairly certain that the woman at the window was the same one who assisted me during my previous visit. BTW, If you're gonna charge extra for a bag, please ask first. It’s frustrating to see surprise charges. Other McDonald's locations usually check before charging..

During my recent visit to McDonald's (at 100 Ave. and 178 StreetI), was genuinely impressed by the overall experience, highlighting the exceptional service, cleanliness, and remarkable amenities. The staff went above and beyond in providing friendly and efficient service, contributing to a positive and enjoyable dining atmosphere. It's evident that McDonald's prioritizes customer satisfaction. The cleanliness of the establishment was noteworthy, with the management maintaining a high standard of hygiene throughout the entire place. The well-kept environment added to the overall appeal of the restaurant, creating a welcoming space for customers. The standout feature for families was the extensive and visually appealing play area. It provided a delightful space for children to engage in interactive and enjoyable activities. This added a unique and family-friendly dimension to the McDonald's experience. What surprised me even more was the discovery of birthday party packages being offered. This thoughtful touch makes McDonald's not only a convenient dining option but also a versatile venue for celebrations, particularly for families with young children. Moreover, the convenience extends beyond the dining experience, as McDonald's boasts a huge and free parking area. This additional amenity makes it a hassle-free choice for customers who appreciate easy access and ample parking space. In conclusion, my visit to McDonald's was marked by exceptional service, a clean and inviting environment, a fantastic play area for kids, and the convenience of a spacious free parking area. These elements collectively contribute to making McDonald's a standout choice for families and individuals alike.

It is the most disgusting mcdonalds I've ever been to. Garbages were overflowing, tables were dirty and floors were disgustingly sticky. I placed my order through mobile app and they messed it up big time. The sticker on the burger mentioned no ketchup and when opened the wrapper, they've added extra ketchup to it. I went to the counter and asked them give just cheese bun and patty. The lady punched it in the screen and they still gave me the burger with onions and mustard this time. My other happy meal was with pineapples and they gave us fries instead. Worst mcdonalds with no customer service at all.

First to clarify I work at McDonalds in another town in bc and I was very disappointed with the service given tonight. To be fair it was very busy for the time of night (12:30) and I know there was probably 2-3 people working but what was displayed when we came through was frankly disappointing and no matter the situation should ever happen. It started when we were ordering and every item had to be double or triple clarified. (Even with clarification when we ordered a small meal we were given medium drinks). Next, when we reached the window we were pulled ahead to the third window which I understand is to allow other orders to be handed out so no complaints there. Finally when our food was handed out we luckily checked the bag and realized a McDouble was missing so we waited for them to come back to the window and requested a regular McDouble, someone else in the vehicle got a plain McDouble but they had gotten it already (that will be important later). When they brought the McDouble we also realized we were missing the sweet and sour sauce for a 10 pack meal. When asked the lady handed 1 and rushed off. So knowing the 10 pack comes with 2 we waited again and when she returned she was waving her hands madly and being rude. When we had left I took a bite of my McDouble that was previously missing and it ended up being plain instead of a regular McDouble. To clarify I understand the stress that comes when you’re understaffed and really busy but the service that was given was not acceptable. The food tasted fine for midnight so no...
