I enjoy eating at Press'd. Food was amazing in this experience eating at this new location I haven't been before. Staff could have been friendlier and there were only 3 booths two were taken. I walked to the first one and noticed the table was dirty. Smears and crumbs. Walked to the next booth available and it was also dirty. I don't mind normally I'll even ask for a cloth and do it myself but when I noticed over 5 staff behind the counter it was kind of silly that there were such dirty tables with that much staff on at the time. I have been a regular customer of Pressed for years. I visited their downtown location a couple times a month for years with no complaints. Unfortunately the standards held by this particular location are next to none. Every time I have ordered something is missing or shorted. Once I opened up my sandwich to find one slice of avocado in the entire large sandwich. I understand this stuff happens and mistakes are made so I have continued to go, up until the last couple visits where I have waited to order for over 5 minutes because no one was manning the counter. Just ordered here for the first time and the sandwich was pretty good but I had to wait for a pretty good sandwich for 50 minutes. This location is 5 minutes from where I work, it took 5 minutes for it to be delivered but 45 minutes for them to make the sandwich when it was just a vegetarian sandwich. I also asked them to switch dill sauce with cream cheese but I dont think they did that unless they did but with too little quantity. 3 stars only because I was super hungry and the sandwich was good.
