I was at this starbucks today with a friend for coffee. When we walked in, we didn't even get a salutation, instantly we had a staff member ask me where my mask was.
I stated that I had a medical exemption and was not required to wear one. There was no one else in the store at the time and it took 5 minutes for the staff to acknowledge us. When we walked up to the till to order, the guy on the till handed me a mask, I stated again that I have a medical exemption and I am not required to wear a mask.
Then he proceeded to tell me that he can not serve me and that I will have to leave. I stated again, that this is against the AHS policy, and that a medical exemption applies to me as I have a doctor's certified letter. He was very rude and told me that he is not talking to me cause I do not listen. I was appalled at his behavior and asked to speak to the manager. An older lady came over and told me that I was not allowed to be served as this is Starbucks policy. I told her this is not the policy, as I am in the store often and have never been hassled. I asked her to go get the policy and show me proof of it. I also provided AHS' policy for medical exemption. After 5 minutes the staff came back and told me that I was correct and there was no issue with serving me.
I was appalled at the lack of experience these staff members have. And the rudeness of all the staff at this location, no to mention how embarrassing this experience was, when I have to argue my Medical rights with staff that have zero medical training or knowledge. We are 2 years into a pandemic and no one understands policy or the requirements for COVID.
I will never attend a starbucks again due to this experience. And I will boycott all...
Read moreIt's honestly so sad to see how bad Starbucks customer service has gotten, specifically at this location. I placed a mobile order at 9:27 AM, the app said it would be ready around 9:31. We get there a bit early and we see there's a little bit of a line, no problem we can wait. Fast forward 10 minutes later, we're the only ones in line and still waiting on our 2 drinks and 2 food items. The lady at the drive thru doesn't greet us at all, like zero customer service. She then proceeded to hand us 3 out of 4 items and another 5 minutes to wait on the last drink. I totally understand if there was a rush but I'm telling you it wasn't as busy as it was and there was no urgency to get us our drinks. She then handed us the last drink, she didn't ask us if we needed a straw and walked away so we waited a couple minutes to ask for one but she never came back to the window. I'm calling out that one specific girl who worked in the drive thru on August 23 2025, at 9:30 AM. Horrible service, I have no clue why you would hire someone like that to uphold the Starbucks standards of customer service.
We ended up getting our order at 9:45. She did not apologize for the wait, in fact she never said anything else other than "here" for our food. Super disappointing that they're just hiring anyone at Starbucks nowadays. (Super minor but I also noticed they didn't write on any of our cups, which I really didn't care about when the policy first came in but it just shows how they can't even make the bare effort to do their job.) Read moreI come here everyday it's beside my work. The staff is wonderful and friendly. Everyday I come there I forget to scan my points and your staff also forgets to ask me. It would be nice to be reminded at the till upon taking payment. I always remember right after I purchase and so far I'm missing out on points for at least ten coffee's, I get them on my breaks at work. Everyone is wonderful other than no one asking if I have a points card to scan when making purchases. To be fair I don't remember either and it is my responsibility, just would be nice to get a reminder when paying.

EDIT: Nov 15 2020 2pm I was refused service inside on my lunch break. I walk there because it's beside my work. The store claimed they could only take mobile orders or drive through orders which is not an option for me. When I asked why they couldn't serve me, there was no explanation. They then informed me they were closing in 30 minutes so if I wanted a coffee I'd have to hurry up and come back with my car. Made me feel unwelcome at the store and rushed. Crazy to hear. Closing before 6 on a Sunday. I changed my review to a one star rating due to this. No coffee for me today at work I guess, no profit for you either.
