I tried to stop into this place after work as I use to have one by my university that I use to frequent. The staff was completely inept. She left me standing waiting to order and didn't even greet me or acknowledge me I was there while she stood in the back of the store just moving very slowly to make a previous order. I was about to walk out then she finally came to take my order, i felt like i was standing there for 10 minutes. This is at a peek time when you would expect this place to be busy it was the slowest and most inept service I've ever had. She told me it would take 20 minutes but it took her 20 minutes just to build the pizza and not even cook it yet. I seriously don't know why is she working alone? She was painfully slow. I really wanted to give a good review because I loved the one that was next to my uni but this was piss poor service and I can't excuse that. She also had her ear buds in talking to someone on the phone the whole time. I just can't deal with bad service. Food was bland and not good. Read moreMy boyfriend and i tried this place for the first time and were so excited but we both are highly disappointed and will not be coming back nor recommend this place to anyone. we waited an hour for 2 medium pizzas. my boyfriend stood inside while the employee was on his PERSONAL phone for over 10minutes, while our pizzas sat on the rack out of the oven getting cold, not cut or anything. we had already paid or we would’ve just left. my boyfriend has worked and managed at a pizza place for over 4 years now!! this is not how things are done. the worker definitely should’ve put the other customer on hold, cut our pizzas, and then taken that order instead of making us wait over 15min at that point. Not to mention we had to argue with him, asking over 5x to talk to the manager… i asked if our pizzas were cold now because of the wait time and he said he would re-heat them… our pizzas are now overcooked. thankfully the manager agreed that we were correct, but only gave us $10 refund. Read moreI want to thank the Manager. My fiancé and I ordered Papa Murphy's through Skip this past weekend. When our food arrived, with opening up one of the boxes, it was noted that the there was eaten or missing pieces from the cheesy bread. My fiancé and myself drove over to the restaurant, to try and rectify. We did realize that it wasn't the restaurant that had made the issue. Once arrived, I shared my concern with the Manager and showed him the missing food.
Right there and then, he instructed the awesome team working with him to remake the order free of charge and cooked it to my fiancé bake level. They didn't have to do this as normally it would be dealt with through Skip and order would have to be resubmitted. By the Murphy's team stepping up and completing this for us, it saved us time and money.
Side note got to have an awesome conversation with the Manager while they cooked our food to perfection.
In the future we will directly order from the restaurant.
