Chicken Burrito: The chicken had a texture comparable to being boiled, and there was zero seasoning. All the other ingredients seemed okay. Overall very bland. Not tempted to try the beef version after that. Ice Cream: It would certainly be ridiculous to try and dispute the flavor of their product, it's quite good. I bought a pint of vanilla; it turns out their ingredients contain a couple gum-based thickeners/stabilizers and carrageenan (I would imagine this is the case with their other flavors). It's quite deceptive to claim to have "Artisanal Flavours from Nova Scotia" while using these ingredients, and it would make sense to me that's why their website doesn't list this information. For those who have gut issues and/or are prone to colitis, beware of these additives. It's too bad this is the case, they have a great selection, and based on everything I know about this business, it appears to treat their employees and customers well. They just need to be more transparent with their product, and ideally, I'd love to see options without these additives. I have no reason to go back until these changes are made, unfortunately. I'm attaching a photo of the ingredients list for their vanilla flavor in case anyone else has similar concerns, since they don't provide this info anywhere.

Absolutely incredible ice cream and sorbet! A friend recommended this place and it lived up to the hype. As they are a small batch ice cream business, flavours rotate regularly. I ordered the jalapeño ginger sorbet and the berry lime sorbet. I admit I was a bit hesitant but was feeling adventurous that day - however the flavours within each scoop were so complementary! I could taste how fresh the ingredients were, and I liked how the scoops were not too sweet either, and so refreshing. Scoops were rather generous too, especially for the price. Probably some of the best sorbet I’ve ever had in my entire life! If I had more time in Halifax, I would’ve frequented the business once more but hopefully my review has convinced you to visit it in my place : ) Truly a must-visit!

I eat a lot of ice cream so please understand how serious it is when I say this is some of the best ice cream I've ever eaten 🤤 I went for the birthday cake and the mexican chocolate the first time and the depth of flavour and the creaminess of these scoop was just incredible, I could easily only eat these two flavours for the rest of my life! I thought the price was very reasonable for the quality and the scoop size too. I went back the next day as I had to try more flavours. I went for the banana cardamom and the rhubarb strawberry which were good but not mind-blowing like the first scoops I had were. Would definitely recommend visiting though as the flavours seem to change all the time so you never know what might be there!

My husband was really craving ice cream as we were driving in to our hotel in Halifax. I found this place nearby and it had great reviews so we gave it a try. Oh. My sweet baby Jesus is this ice cream GOOOOOOOOD. Do it. Just go. You will devour it and want another one. They make their own ice cream. It is the silkiest, tastiest ice cream I have ever had. To me, it is comparable to gelato I have had in Italy. Ok?! OK?! Go get yourself some and thank the lucky stars if you’re fortunate enough to live in Halifax so you can enjoy this more regularly. We’re from Ontario so we had to fly back home the next day and you know we stopped on our way to the airport to have one more scoop. If I lived there, I would only get ice cream from there. Their homemade waffle cones also taste delicious. Service was friendly. Shop is cute. They have benches on either side of the store outside. So good. Just go and enjoy some...
