Subway — Restaurant in Kamloops

Major Cross contamination seen. Person handling sandwiches at 730 pm did NOT change gloves after touching oven door and first sandwich made for customer in front of me then Said he would not grill wrap and add sauce AFTER when that was my request for non heated sauce. And to add insult after he heated my chicken and bacon in a plastic dish (ewww) * he let it sit on the counter getting cold for almost 5 Mins. was NOT nor would have been hot except for the reheat on the grill. He would also not answer my question. Of pre weighed meats with a heavy PLASTIC utensil used when weighing. Will NOT EVER attend this Subway when this PERSON OF A DIFFERENT Race decided to not respect food cross- contamination RULES, and health safety rules. He needs TO GO TO A FOOD SAFE COURSE. What else can I say other than the staff are working on the Subway to maintain a satisfactory level of cleanliness inside their restaurant, as I did not notice anything to indicate any deviation, or failure to adhere to their new/increased cleaning, and sanitizing protocols that were implemented since the re-opening of local Subway franchises in Kamloops. Staff are always very polite and friendly, however I would like to offer a suggestion. I always order the chicken teriyaki, and the person weighs the serving cup of chicken, then dumps it into the tray. Well nearly always, there are several pieces of chicken stuck in the serving cup that never make it into the tray. The second scoop... the same issue. This results in you missing around 25% of the chicken we pay for. Perhaps start weighing the tray the chicken is put into, and not the...
