Wonderful staff and caring owners. Glad this place is under new ownership. Kindness and good karma to this place. I know these owners are reputable and hardworking. Those who are bad get bad karma nobody ever gets away with nothing. Customer service is important and I always go to the one on bernard. Blenz is my fav coffee place. Also very intelligent ppl. I dont have to hear any verbally slow people that talk worse then my 3 year old brother when he was little lol. Haha all the keyboard warriors are all fat irrelevant ugly. I respect honest real people who take care of themselves and are educated. Laughing at all the albertan trash and kelownian trash karma got you guys as well. I am way healthier then you guys have ever been in your life. Why dont you guys go to a gym instead of sitting in your mobile home watching sports and drinking beer cuz you guys couldnt even run for...

I ordered a hot matcha latte and asked if I could do pumpkin foam on top, got the drink with it overflowing, the green dripped down the side of the cup, and the foam was cold…..and not even pumpkin flavoured. I’m no barista but I know that you don’t put a cold foam on a hot drink. And the matcha itself wasn’t near sweet enough. It was undrinkable. I asked for a redo, tried to just make it simple with asking for their advertised pumpkin spice latte, no dairy substitute, and that was also bitter and tastes burnt almost? And there was no hint of pumpkin flavour. My friend also ordered a decaf vanilla latte, again, bitter and undrinkable. I spent $12 for an awful experience and we ended up walking out and throwing out our drinks. The barista does not know how to make anything, I can definitely do a better job at...

I noticed the way they make their latte is always steaming with a “high pitch sound.” I used to be a barista and that sound is only done by introducing no air to the milk. Basically you’ll end up with a “No Foam, Extra Super Hot Latte.” I asked them to repeat it because latte is supposed to be hot (but not too hot to sip) with foam. They retaliated due to the waste, but I told them these are $8 latte and it should be atleast of quality. They are so in-tuned with the waste when they don’t even produce quality products. I noticed this with other employees at this location. I think the manager, or the owner, should reevaluate training these staff how to make proper latte. Yes I hope the owner reads this review and consider my suggestion...
