On Friday Jul 26 I had the cream soup. I came back to the office to eat it and found at least 3 bugs. I have eaten here lots and enjoyed it. I called the store and said you should not serve this anymore today that I found bugs. I was told that it was just herbs, and when I said they have legs and antenna, I was told that she didn't know how that could happen. Again I nicely said I would not serve it anymore today and I would email them pictures. I still have not heard from them. Not even a thank you for telling us, we can refund your money. They blew me off and seemed like they didn't care. I personally won't eat here again and have spread the word through my large office. Update - The company finally responded with this email On the day You reported the bugs in the soup, we did a thorough inspection of the soup and found no bugs. We served several bowls of the same soup that day and received no complaints of bugs in the soup from any other customers. I consumed 2 bowls of it myself that day and detected no bugs. We have concluded this was an isolated incident and the bugs that were in your soup were somehow picked up after you left our establishment. I work in a VERY large government building downtown. I walked from their business to my desk to eat the soup - can guarantee that no dead bugs were added from my desk. TERRIBLE reply No I will not remove the 1 star rating!

Ordered 2 times and wanted to give 5 stars based on my 1st experience but the grilled sandwich ordered on the second day was way different than the 1st day though they were exactly the same. Pics attached, you can see for yourself. It was not well made, lacked stuffing, was over grilled. Couldn't even pick it properly, everything fell apart. You can see the size of the both, not sure what went wrong though the staff was the same. Everything else ordered was good especially mushroom soup🍄. Soups ordered were turkey deluxe and mushroom soup. You can make your own sandwich, concept is good, vegetables and soups are fresh but they close very early at about 2pm.

It's a cool, independent café with personality and reasonable prices. I enjoyed the tomato soup, a veggie sandwich and a matcha latté. There are vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options in the sandwiches, burgers, salads and soups, but unfortunately not in the "hot lunches" category. The menu is designed with nutrition in mind and I appreciate that they have items like quinoa, sprouts and avocado. The service was friendly and authentic, and I have to bump them up to 5 stars for that since it's so rare. It lifted my spirits a bit to have lunch here instead of a chain.

Walking away disappointed for the second time. We tried to come Family Day weekend’s Saturday for lunch after checking the website hours. 11-3. When we showed up we were not the only ones to find the place closed with no updated hours. We just tried again today, again checking the site saying 11-3 and at 2:15 closed. It doesn’t even look as though the restaurant had just closed, but that they hadn’t even bothered to open today. Sick of wasting parking change to try to eat at a closed restaurant. We both work Monday-Friday, 9-5. I highly recommend keeping your hours up to date. This is simply an indication of poor planning and laziness. Hopefully this attitude doesn’t transition over into the quality of your food.

Update since the owner’s reply - there are in fact two signs on the door. One says Saturday 11-3, and the other Saturday 11-3, closed long weekends. Again I’m certain that at 2:15 last Saturday the establishment had not just closed 15 minutes prior. I’ve worked in restaurants for years. Your last straggling customers are not paid, out the door, lights off and staff gone by 15 minutes post-closing unless you’re REALLY slacking on your...

Sorry in advance. This was a go to place in Kelowna for business and a busy establishment so it surprises me that the foor we were served was so bad. Pulled pork was old, or looked old, and dripped orange grease onto the plate( not sauce, grease). Was really bad in presentation and in quality. It was really quite bad. Caesar salad was barely sauced and again had what seemed like old chicken on top. Again sub par at best. Turkey club salad was the highlight, however did not come close to making up for the quality of the other 2 meals. $55 for lunch wasted and really disappointed. Will not return and will not recommend. P.S. I am not one to review but made an exception this time to warm others not to waste hard earned $ on lunch here. 3...
