Starbucks — Restaurant in Kelowna

This location has to be the worst location in all of British Columbia.. as someone coming from Vancouver bc, I visit many Starbucks locations in the city and when travelling. The past two days going in to this location, I’ve very clearly stated my order, that I would like a matcha latte with OAT milk and vanilla syrup. Yesterday I received my drink with COWS milk, and today, received my order with SOY milk. truthfully I am not sure why the lady at the till was completely unable to listen, or type in my order correctly, but upon letting the staff know that I would need it made again, I was argued with. I understand everyone having an off day, and I also understand mistakes can be made. That being said, All that needed to be done was to apologize for the mix up and make my order again. There should be no reason for my, might I mention extremely kind request, to be ignored and argued with. Thanks for finally making the drink correctly, but given the service and treatment, I will go to other locations & save myself the hassle. My family and I love to buy coffee at this location. The staffs are friendly and the place is very nice/clean. However, I want to recommend you about my favourite drinks( Ice green tea late). Please make sure staffs know how to make it well. Sometimes it made me disappointed but sometimes they made it perfect. I just say only some staffs doesn’t know how to make it not everyone. I have observed many branches how to make it well and this is my recommendation: put Macha power in shaking cup with very very small water(not too much) and mix with ice water then shaking it then pour it in the cup. Went to get my water bottle filled because my place of work doesn't have working water at the moment, was asked to wait in line, (there was 1 person) so they could ticket me and know what they were supposed to do (it's a water seriously?
