Freshslice Pizza — Restaurant in Maple Ridge

In have been a long time customer of Fresh Slice and was always satisfied with our food purchases but this location has me now extremely disappointed with this business and their service. Sunday night (July 7 2024) ordered online, paid for product inc delivery and delivery tip. after waiting for an hour I called location at Valley Fair Mall to find out when our delivery would arrive only to be told that the delivery driver had gone home and our food was sitting at the restaurant if we wanted to come and pick it up. Being that we had waited for over an hour for the delivery when I asked the person on the phone why we were not informed of this he did not have an answer, when I told him I would like my entire order cancelled and refunded to my card he hung up on me. I called back and was told that he could not refund my card charge but because he had no driver we could come by and pick up our food if we wanted it. At this point I drove to Fresh Slice and confronted the person in the location and asked him why he had hung up on me and why he was unwilling to refund me for the undelivered food, after rambling without answering my question on he offered to make us fresh food if we were willing to wait. The second part of this issue was when we returned home there were 2 pizza's sitting on the bench outside our front door, 1 upside down on top of the other, very disappointing considering we had been lied to that the deliver driver had gone home for the evening. I will never use this location again for personal or for my business staff lunches and I will relay this experience to everyone...

From the moment we walked in, the cleanliness of Freshslice Pizza was immediately apparent, setting the stage for a delightful dining experience. The owner, doubling as the operator, greeted us with such kindness and politeness that we felt like family.

Worst Freshslice i visited ever I never gave review before this Ordered at XL Veggie Feast paid 24.15$ and waited too long and they only have 2 more customer’s to serve. Too slow staff. After i got my pizza go home and can see very less topping’s less cheese and burnt pizza and still whatever we ate half of it and found LONG BLACK HAIR’S IN PIZZA ..
