Our first visit to BMPP Milton was in person, after we placed an online pickup order for 2 pizzas. They made two mistakes with our order, one that we did not notice until we got home. I called right away and was told to let them know that Rahul authorized a one-time 50% discount next time we ordered. My pizza tasted great, but my husband wasn't a fan of his (they forgot to put cheese on it, so I thought that was likely why).

Yesterday I called to place an order and use the 50% discount. I input my order online first so I was organized and could easily rhyme it off to whoever answered the phone. The man on the phone was pretty abrupt and rude. It took me 10 minutes to place an order for one large pizza, plus explain the 50% discount authorized by Rahul. At first, he said he could only give me $10. The fact that he was trying to negotiate a discount given to me because the store made an error did not sit well with me. I told him I wouldn't accept $10, that it had to be 50% per Rahul, and he finally applied the discount.

The man also advised that the delivery fee is $5. The website says $2 and he tried to argue with me that I was wrong. I was staring at the delivery cost on the website as I was placing the order, since I had pre-entered a delivery order before I called. As a customer, I don't like being lied to or taken advantage of.

We received the delivery on time which I appreciated, but unfortunately the pizza was incredibly bland and nothing like the first time we ordered. I will not be giving my business to this establishment in the future, primarily because of the customer service, but also because there appears to be a lack of consistency in the quality of...

I am not one to give a 1 star very easily you can see my other reviews that I usually give a place 5 stars.

These guys truly deserve this 1 star. I placed a pick up order at 7:10pm. They told me it would be ready at 7:30pm. Arrive on time and they tell me it’ll be another 10 more minutes. They did offer me a drink for making me wait but I did not want one. One of the managers came to apologize but as a first time customer and last time, this was not acceptable. As a new business when you give a time it should be expected on time. The other manager constantly try to offer me a drink when I did not want one. I ordered a dipping sauce with my pizza, and they threw another one in for free. I did not want two dipping sauces I just wanted one and they still charged me for one. I told them that I did not need two so don’t charge me for one. They clearly didn’t understand English because they don’t listen to the customer. I paid over $36 for a large pizza and a dipping sauce which should have been free. When I get home the pizza was soggy and tasteless, and I also found a hair on my slice. The dipping sauce was basically water which turned me off and made me realize why they gave me a second one for free.

If you are looking for good pizza in Milton, this is definitely not the place. I would recommend Super Deal pizza, they are down the street from these guys and way better quality, taste, and price. The same pizza at super deal cost...
