California Sandwiches — Restaurant in Mississauga

So I came here last week with my husband and we ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese and a steak sandwich with onions, cheese, mushrooms, jalapenos. We drove home 5 minutes after it being made and the steak sandwich was soggy to the point where the bun wouldnt hold. Also there were no jalapenos or mushrooms on it. We almost felt like it wasn't his order but one that was sitting there forgotten The chicken was piping hot so we didn't understand why his was so cold. I called to let the managers know of the situation and they let me know they would offer a free steak sandwich when we return. Was disappointed but was okay with the way the situation was handled. NOW, today we felt to try this location again. When we arrived the cashier says "steak sandwich? We were just talking about you"WHAT!!? LOL OK. The cashier didn't ask what toppings were wanted on the steak. I also ordered a chicken for myself which I am paying for. Then the cashier decides to yell "make that free steak sandwich because they complained last week". WHAT!!? LOL. Needless to say this is the most unprofessional and rude staff after they gave us a poor order and we still came back to try again! I will never come back to this location nor would I recommend this...

Food is good as I've been here many times. I just left for the last time. Came in and went tonorder at the register. The employee told me to wait to take a call. He took an order while I waited for 5min. Then finally attended to me to take my order. I was in a rush so asked if it would take long and was told 5 to 10 minutes. I ordered 3 sandwiches and a drink and paid my $50. As I am waiting, 3 other uber orders were filled, 3 other people that were there aleady got their food, 1 other person who ordered after me got their food, and then a guy walks in who ordered via phone and just pays grabs his stuff and leaves. This the guy who called and had me waiting infront of the register to put in his order. So I know something is wrong now and ask the employee where my 3 sandwiches are and he looks like he's never seen me and asks if it's a mobile order. I eventually got my order when i was the last one in the store. Been a long time customer, not anymore. Don't like my time wasted unnecessarily and they didnt think there was anything...

Went here after a round of golf on Sunday. No sanitizer, only one washroom allowed to be used. I guess they don't want clean 2, you could see the filth on the backs of the chairs, not been cleaned in a long time.

Got 2 veal sandwiches, they where good size and quite tasty, alittlevmessy but those types of sandwiches are. I git a lemonade in a can asked for a straw "we don't have straws, asked for a cup, don't have those either" they serve coffee. What joke.

The customer service and cleanliness lacks a lot, several people ate in and left, they didn't even go out to wipe down tables, as required right now by Ontario health, won't be going back anytime soon!

Care about your guests and how your restaurant looks, not just how much money you can pull out of...
