I purchased an Oreo birthday cake from here for a small family event, and unfortunately, it was stale. We all commented on how unpleasant this cake was. The only good comment was how food it "looked".
While I understand the importance of reducing food waste, it's disappointing to receive a product that clearly doesn't meet quality standards, especially when you're paying for it. Spent the money to only cut it and throw it out.
I'm unsure about the rest of their sweets, but after this experience with the cake, I’m hesitant to trust their quality and food handling in the future.
--- response to shop-- I am absolutely shocked and disgusted by your shop's response.
First off, this is my first experience with your business, and based on the quality of your food, I will be surprised if you stay in business much longer. If this is the kind of product you’re offering, it’s no wonder people are complaining. Clearly, there’s a major issue with your food quality. Thank you for also confirming that to other readers.
I’m not asking for a refund or "free food" — I just don’t want to eat spoiled, stale food. Nor do I wish others to pay for spoiled food. As for the money I spent, it's a shame you’re selling outdated cakes, but it seems like you need the cash more than I do.
This is my first review, and trust me, it will be my last experience with your shop. I’d be surprised if you’re around much longer with this kind of...

I’ve been a regular customer at Soltan Bakery for more than 4–5 years and always appreciated Soltan’s respectful and friendly customer service. He’s a professional and kind person who treats customers very well, which is why I often visit the bakery with my family.
However, during my recent visit with my wife, I was very disappointed. We bought mix cookies and sandwiches (bill $27.50). My wife asked to warm one sandwich to eat right away. The lady in hijab with glasses was polite and helpful, but the other lady in hijab without glasses, who claimed to be the owner, behaved very rudely.
When Soltan told her not to charge me for a small disposable container, she replied in a rude tone, “Next time you have to pay.” When my wife politely asked her to show some respect, she said, “I don’t care,” and started showing off cash in her hands, which was very unprofessional and disrespectful.
We decided to return our order. She refunded $30 ($20 + $10 bills) instead of $27.50. I took $25 back and gave her $2.50 extra as a tip, highlighting her so called “owner” attitude and unprofessional behaviour.
Soltan is an amazing person with excellent manners, but this lady’s behaviour was unacceptable and disappointing. I hope the management takes this issue seriously, as such arrogance can damage the bakery’s...
Read moreWorst experience the staff is very rude the both girls at service counter were making fun of there customers just left the store before me. Well it was my 1st time being there by reading good reviews on google and wanted to taste before order. Sales girl said she cant give cheese kunafa to taste well i totally understand the last 2 pieces left and the pieces are big so that is completely fine to not give someonefor taste. She said u can taste something else in small piece so i humbly ordered without tasting both the pastery and cheese kunafas two pieces. And she gave me 1 small piece of some kunafa that i dont like i asked for the other and she rudely refused by saying u hv already tasted so i cant give any other item for taste. I wanted to order that (eash alesfur with pistachio) but I felt insulted by the girl standing at cash counter so i just took 3 items that i already packed and left the store. However i tasted there item with heavy heart so no comments about taste before money and taste behaviour comes first i never visit this place again and never...
