Very bad customer service overall!!! I used to order the iced strawberry matcha, and it comes with the strawberry cold foam just like the lavender ice matcha comes with lavender cold foam. But they couldnât add that to my order unless I have to pay extra for that, I mean why????? Itâs supposed to come with the drink just like the lavender ice matcha comes with the cold foam along with the drink. I spoke to the supervisor regarding this order but she told me I have to look at the picture on the menu before I order! What? The nice strawberry matcha you have on the menu has only some dried strawberries in the matcha drink, thatâs all!!! Is that how your Strawberry matcha should be!!!! , but look at the pictures of the drink I got after I replaced it with the lavender matcha just to get the cold foam with it without needing to pay extra money, but I got a half cup drink with little foam and lots of ice!!!! And the size of the cup is so small that this is the first time I get a size like this from Starbucks!!!!đŚWhat is this service Starbucks, youâre not a cheap coffee shop, and your drinks are expensive compared to other stores, still have a very bad service!!! Or frankly, customers aren't calling them out on their lack of quality of service. Long waits isn't even a point to raise at this stage. I read these other reviews, not sure but my experience hasn't been good. I am always one to give the benefit of doubt. But general consensus with my household is how I feel. Lackluster quality for value paid. I find this is a general occurrence in Canada, compared anywhere else in the world. Especially in coffee shops. Euro, middle East, and the US. High level of quality when you pay for overpriced coffee. As you are really paying for an experience not a product. The emphasis of high quality customer service is generally lacking in our country. People need to speak up when things aren't right. Coffee is often burnt and cups are always three quarters full. Please provide what we pay for. That is my only ask.    Read moreI visited a Starbucks Confederation Pkwy today , and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the staff's attitude. I usually enjoy Starbucks for its friendly service and welcoming atmosphere, but this visit was quite the opposite. After I got my quad expresso with extra cream, I felt like it quite bitter, I asked a lady barista to add more cream. Surprisingly, she told me that you should order latte instead of add more cream and you need to buy for extra. I feel frustrated with her attitude and said that I have had good experience here and at other locations as well as all barista are willing to add more cream for me, you are the first one mentioned about latte. Overall, the poor attitude from the staff overshadowed the quality of the coffee. I hope Starbucks provides more training in customer service to ensure a more pleasant experience for everyone in the future.
