Wasn't planning to visit this place, but I always wander around during my solo trip and end up at a cute coffee shop somewhere - this is one of the true example of it! After standing in the line for the infamous smoked meat sandwich, I had to find somewhere to sit down and have some coffee, and I was so glad that I bumped into this gorgeous coffee shop. The building looks old and fancy, and it's very warm and homey when I come inside. Ordered myself a cup of latte, and spent some time there. The neighbourhood seemed pretty friendly and peaceful, the cafe's decoration was aesthetically pleasing, and their coffee was good too. The barista was so nice, so merci beaucoup! Will visit...
Read moreThis coffee shop had been on the top of my list of places to try. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant due to the rude behavior of one of the baristas (it was a man and not the owner as apparently he is in Spain).
While the coffee itself was only average, it was the attitude of the barista that left a sour taste in my mouth. As someone who values good customer service, I was disappointed to be treated so poorly.
