I came to Onigiri Shop to study with a friend, and after getting a bit hungry, we decided to try their onigiris — and honestly what a pleasant surprise! 🍙 The onigiris were absolutely delicious, the portions were generous, and it was so good that we ended up ordering more shortly after 😭😭
I loved the contrast between the warm rice and the fresh ingredients truly comforting and flavorful. I even came back later that day to buy some for my family, and they loved it too! The service was amazing , the staff is kind, respectful, and very welcoming. The atmosphere is both cozy and lively, perfect for studying or just relaxing. I also appreciated the little details, like the free water (sometimes lemon-infused 🍋) and the option to pick a cute and unique sticker after your order. While waiting, you can also write a wish on the “wish wall” filled with post-its, such a beautiful and heartwarming idea. Service was amazing, pleasant worker both at the cash register and the kitchen (who handed me my food), everything was with a smile. However, as I was about to enter Onigiri through the building entrance, I heard a tall man with curly hair shouting at the staff. The scene was quite upsetting and completely took away my appetite, so I decided not to go in.
I believe it’s important for the owner to be aware of this kind of behavior, as it can significantly impact the customer experience and the image of the establishment.
