Awful, awful, awful experience. Ordered a mango bingsoo and waited for 10 minutes before getting inpatient. Two girls who had ordered after me had gotten their order (also a mango bingsoo + a cake) had gotten theirs within minutes of ordering. So already, I’m a little miffed that someone who ordered after me got their order.
At 15 minutes, I go up to ask them how much longer my order will be. She tells me that the chef is a bit busy right now, so it might take some more time. Okay, fine.
At 20 minutes, another table gets their mango bingsoo. Their order number was 27. Mine was 22. I go up to ask again. I say two other orders who have ordered after me have been given out before mine and at this point, if they haven’t already started my order, I wanted my money back. She says she’ll check on my order (why didn’t you check when I first asked?!) and let me know. She buzzes the girl in the back asking where order 22 was and the girl in the back comes out a few times, confused — she literally goes “huh? 22?” They have absolutely no idea where my order even is. The girl goes back to the kitchen, presumingly to start my order, and the girl at the front tells me it’ll take another 5 minutes. I’m not gonna wait 25 minutes for shaved ice lol. Just asked for my money back and left.
TDLR your order will be forgotten with no customer care
Also their tables are dirty, and the space is so cramped. Too many chairs in random places, scattered throughout the...
Read moreThis is an ok place for dessert but awful place for working environment.
Please read until the end. This is my 3rd time visiting this place. Each time it's going downhill in quality. I will stop going there
I rate the point from 1-5 1 is ok 5 is excellent.
Dessert : Matcha Crape: 3.5/5 It's ok, a bit too dry. I assumed it had been in the fridge too long. So nothing impressed.
Jelly Herb hot dessert: 3/5 I ordered hot it was not hot at all. The taste was just ordinary. Nothing special.
The toilet is ok : acceptable for the cleanliness.
The Ambience is totally off : Today 12 Feb 2025 we were inside the dining area, it was cold, we had to put our winter jackets on while having the desserts. The floor is dirty. Way too dirty, we understand it's winter but unacceptable.
The worse is : I saw 2 kitchen workers inside the kitchen wore winter boots and winter jackets on while working in the kitchen because it was cold during the daytime at 1.30 pm imagine ? I was waiting to use washroom, I was cold.
I don't feel good to support the business that can't even keep the employees warm in the working environment in winter. This is awful. The owner cannot be so cheap in the way of treating...

The presence of several staff members behind the counter immediately conveyed efficiency and attentiveness.
From the moment we stepped in, the service was nothing short of friendly and remarkably quick, setting a positive tone for our visit. Our visit was with a singular purpose: dessert. And, oh, did Zoe Desserts & Presotea deliver on that front! We indulged in their mille crepe cake and the original flavour snowflake ice, both of which were simply divine. The mille crepe cake was layers of perfection, while the snowflake ice melted into an exquisite taste sensation that was both refreshing and satisfying.
