Poke Monster (Square-Phillips) — Restaurant in Montreal

The service is horrible, they hired a person who doesn’t speak English well or even French. I ordered two dishes, I got them both wrong, for the first bowl I asked if it had the shrimp and the guy he said yes, but he had difficulties with the language and it looked like he wasn’t understanding me, also he had AirPods and he was speaking on the phone while doing the service for me, and that made him less focussing. When I told him my order is wrong he started fighting instead of trying to fix the problem in a nice way. He didn’t want to do a refund and he was yelling in front of everyone. He called the manager and he made him refund only one bowl but even the other bowl that he asked me when I was ordering if I wanted spicy and I said no, and he made it very spicy. He was talking on his phone all the time and the bathroom was disgusting. They should hire nicer people, and people who knows one language at least or if they make a mistake they try to fix it for the customer. 👎👎👎👎👎 I wish the owner or the manager takes care of this problem because this guy was very rude. Actually, I used to visit this store when I wanted to eat poke because I thought the staff there were friendly. But today, I ordered a Godzilla, and the young male employee made a mistake and ordered a general. When I asked him to correct it, he rudely said three times in a row that I ordered a general. He showed no remorse at all, and without even apologizing, he went into the kitchen, and a female employee took care of the refund. Been seeing alot of bad behaviour from employees towards customers doing deliveries, this place is one of them, the way one of the cooks were talking to this lady who had just used the restroom was genuinely shocking and the amount of people who witnessed the way he was so disrespectful to her. Can't believe a restaurant would allow an employee to act this way.
