Didn't want to respond but as an owner, learn to speak properly first. You are in the business of hospitality and we didnt come there for free. So next tome before you lie in a public forum, know that you are because of public.
** IMP: Owner: Firstly please have some manners to talk here as well as in person. Public: GO FOR FOOD, SMALL GROUP, WITHOUT KIDS AND DO NOT EXPECT ANY GOOD BEHAVIOR FROM THE OWNER. she is just full of herself just coz the chefs. *
1st respect ur customers - thumb rule. For everyone. All: go for food but beware of an egoistic & full of herself owner *just editing my review to reply to the restaurant: to whomsoever it may concern: 1. We were 5 adults 21+, 2 teens 15+ 2 kids 7yrs, sitting with 3 small tables joined together, so there wasn't even any place to so called lie down. So get your act together and keep that attitude to yourself please. 2. Next time, do not lie, nobody was drunk, and to start with check your bill. If you want I'll post it here so everyone can see how you can lie.
Nobody screamed at any of the workers, it was a reaction to your ill mannered behavior. We apologized when we entered for the little noise that was made and that's about it.
You wanna be in hospitality industry, learn more about it. And have the courage to accept feedback and next time don't accept reservation if you want to show to the customer that YOU ACCOMMODATED THEM, you arent doing any favor to people who come to your restaurant *
People go to restaurants for an overall experience. And that experience towards the end was completely ruined. When you make a reservation for 9, 28 hours before hand, and in the end hear that "we accommodated a big group," after 15-20 minutes of waiting, it is just so uncalled for. That attitude doesn't go a long way.
I would specifically like to mention that Surbhi, the owner, was kind of not so friendly. My friend was tired and was just sitting (while waiting for the main course), with a shawl over his eyes/face, and she said, " This is not allowed to sleep." It's just so uncalled for.
Food - great, must try. Overall, the food experience was indeed great, but bread, when asked to be well done, should be well done and not soft. The laccha paratha could have more layers. But rest, everything was...
Read moreGood food and inattentive service is the best way I can describe the dining experience here.
We had the Pomfret and Bengali Fish Curry. They are both amazing and I would highly recommend them if you still decide to come here just for the food and decor.
In term of service, it was awfully inattentive for a team of 4 staffs in such a small restaurant on Monday night (granted, labour day). It felt like my partner and I constantly need to beg for the servers attention. I feel genuinely embarrassed having to try to catch the servers eye and wave them down and being ignore again and again. Maybe they were too busy to care? I don’t know. But it shouldn’t be that hard for a quick checkup here and there. We literally had to ask for water (which should had been a bad sign for us at the beginning).
Even at the end when we wanted to ask for a dessert menu to salvage the experience, we had to call after a difference server after she seated a table next to us and walked away. She came back… with the menus for the new table but none for us. We kept on waiting with finished, dirty dishes and empty water bottle on our table since we want to give them some benefits of the doubt. But as I watch the servers keep walking past us and ignoring eyes contact, we decided to grab the bill and leave. It feels rather funny to watch other tables around us get more attention than us. I dont think they even know or remember about the desserts.
Let me add that none of the servers were rude, if anything they had been very nice and sweet (for the brief second they are at the table), neither was the pace of food coming out. That’s why I didn’t want to give them 1 star. Just inattentive to the point of ruining the whole experience: a waste of such a beautiful restaurant and amazing food.
I hope the owner wont give some unfair reply to this review and dismissing us to some poor etiquette like they did with other 1 star reviews. But we have been nothing but nice despite the experience. :) I say this with much kindness, but even a small and quick check up during the courses can add plenty to the quality of your patrons’ experience. Wish you...

From the moment you walk in, the moment you walk in you can know the food that is delicious the ambiance I felt , which beautifully blends modern decor with traditional Indian touches. It's an ideal setting whether you're out for a family meal, or with your Girl Friend
“Food: 10/5” The menu has a great mix of variety Indian dishes and specialties which are far different from other restaurants . I started with the samosas and honey chilli cauliflower . The main course was unexpected the butter chicken was creamy and I love the Panner lababdar and not to mention they serve the food with “micro greens” on the top , in butter chicken they have different variations we tried their Burrata butter chicken and the naan was soft we even tried Rosemary naan which I never had. They recommend if you want spicy we even tried jungle maas which was new to me
…Service: 5/5… Our server made us feel welcome . It’s evident that the team takes pride in ensuring a great dining experience for their guests.our waiter even tried to confirm some particular with the kitchen staff
“Ambiance: 5/5” The decor strikes a great balance between modern and traditional, Indian-themed artwork. There’s a picture on the wall wich looks very cool The atmosphere was lively but not overly noisy, allowing us to enjoy both the food and conversation comfortably.
..Value for Money: 5/5… Given the quality of food and the overall experience, I found the prices to be very reasonable. The portions are generous, and the taste is authentic, making it worth every penny.
…cocktails:5/5…. They have great variety of cocktails we didn’t try much the cocktails are very good and the wines too
