Ronnie Don’s Ice Cream — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

Every time my family and I go here, we're always greeted with smiling faces and leave with our bellies full of amazing ice cream treats! From simple scooped cones to root beer floats, Ronnie Don's has the perfect little menu for any ice cream lover! They also have specials which are absolutely delicious, the unicorn special is both my daughters favourite! This has become our go to spot in the summer for ice cream and will continue to be for years to come! Run, don't walk, to get yourself some delicious ice cream before the nice weather is gone! Be sure to enjoy it on their patio too! All in all, a fantastic place to take your family, go for a date or just to enjoy some delicious ice cream yourself!

I wanted to add the owners are absolutely wonderful people ! So kind and caring! My children jump for joy when I tell them we're going for ice cream!

We love Ronnie Don's ice cream and...

Going to this place is like taking a trip back in time, not only in the 50's stylings, but also the prices and gusto in the serving sizes. I wasn't there to see it, but my wife said that they "packed ice cream into the bottom of the cone". We ended up with a banana split and a double cone - super refreshing on a hot day. We sat outside where they had set up a couple of tables and umbrellas the right way - with the umbrellas shading all four seats at the table.

Up the street a ways there's a similarly styled diner called Hi-Lite Restaurant. Our original plan was to have dinner there, then to come here for dessert, as Ronnie Don's is open from 4-8. First time visiting Ronnie Dons and won't be the last !! We purchased ice cream, milkshake, and hot dog so we tried a variety of items for our first time. The Unicorn ice cream special was exactly that "Special"!! My daughter loved looking at it and enjoyed eating it more and is a definite recommendation for all ages young and old ! It's an experience for all your senses eyes, ears, smell, touch, taste !! Eyes--to look at was a sight in itself!! Ears--mmmmm, yum, slurp!! Smell--the smells were sweetly enticing!!
