Le Cafe Brocante et Garage a Vin — Restaurant in North Vancouver

This wine bar is such a treat, and absolutely worth the venture over to North Vancouver! The wines are all fantastic (I made sure to try them all) and the food is delicious - the fresh bread with European butter is wildly excellent, along with all the other tasty bites on the menu. Beautiful location and ambiance to sip and watch the sunset through the gorgeous wall of windows. Nic was a true delight, and made sure our glasses were never empty, and our smiles were constant! Wine isn't bad, super over priced, you can get better from literally any other country or here locally in Kelowna. Secondly, came here for a wine tasting , no where was it posted that I had to pay a "corkage Fee" for sitting at a " tasting". Paid $5 extra per person, per bottle, for an already $28 bottle of red that should be priced around 16-20 range. Alright service, shame on the establishment....

We were exceptionally impressed by the wine from these guys. Came in expecting to love the brut-cider hybrids but actually enjoyed their gamay noir, kerner and skin-contact viognier a lot more.
