Terrible service. You walk in and expect somebody to greet you but they never do you literally have to walk around and ask where you should sit. Then if you need something and you get up to ask for it ( because the only waitress stays in the kitchen the whole time everytime) they treat you like how dare you get up to ask and make you go sit down like you've done something wrong. I've stopped eating here because of the rude service. The last time I ate here my food was literally thrown together. I got 2 burnt Spring rolls and my vermicelli bowl was filled with water at the bottom because they couldn't even bother to dry the lettuce. My main issue with this place is the absolute rude service. One time they overcharged me by $5 and then told me they would reimburse me the next time I came in which they didn't. Another time I came in in the winter time the heat was not on at all it was absolutely freezing cold in the restaurant while the waitress was walking around with her heated electric jacket on. Then the last time I went there it was a nice summer night. It was around 9 o'clock and still warm out. The waitress that was wearing the heated jacket in the winter didn't want people sitting outside because she was cold. I insisted to sit outside and multiple other people wanted to sit outside as well. After being seated and having our order taken we never got service again. Honestly sick of the rudeness.
