this has to be one of the worst experiences at a pizza pizza i’ve ever had. the gentlemen taking my order was tired and overworked because of the absolute empty headed dude they had making my food. i asked for half cheese half hawaiian, easy yea ? i got half bacon half pineapple. sometimes when you go late at night your order is wrong, it’s fine. i waited 20 minutes for this pizza, i went back and asked for it to be remade and that i’m happy to wait another 20 for the pizza i ordered. i waited about 15 minutes when i get another box given to me, in this box, i have a “half hawaiian half cheese”, as i look closer the pizza is the same pizza from before, but they have decided to try and pick off the pineapple off the cheese side, and add more cheese ontop. it looked disgusting, it’s not what i ordered and i waited a total of an hour for a medium half cheese half hawaiian. please have this employee trained better. when i approached him about his efforts to ‘fix’ his first pizza, he said “you wanted a new one?” when i specially told them i would wait double the time for my $20...

“MORE THAN JUST PIZZA” Pizza Pizza needs no introduction but if you are a pizza connoisseur like me, you will understand the minute details that go into making a delicious pizza. This particular store delivers that. Despite being far from my place, this is my to-go pizza store because the ingredients are so meticulously prepared and the way pizza is baked feels heavenly. Try their half moon cheesy bread and it will add meaning to the word ‘scrumptious’. You can request them to customize your pizza the way you love it(most other pizza pizza don’t have this facility)

Staff is welcoming and polite. Special shoutout to Gaurav and Sukhvir for putting in extra efforts and going above and beyond to prepare the pizza and other items.

Place is clean and well managed with the wait times being less than usual. Conveniently located on Neyagawa and Dundas street, the store offers plenty of parking spots and an opportunity to eat pizza outside while enjoying a nice and quiet view.

The guy working both times I came was super friendly and was extremely busy the first time I came with a school order. I had to wait (which he explained from the beginning and I was ok with that) the food was well worth the wait! I made the mistake of going to a different location the next time I was craving pizza pizza and it was the worst mistake I had ever made!! Nothing was cooked properly, and the panzo was so undercooked and doughy I couldn’t even hold it up right to attempt to eat it. It was flopping apart everywhere and was hands down the worst panzo I ever had- it ended up in the garbage. I was given a credit from head office in the amount of the panzo so today I finally went ahead and ordered it from the original spot I loved last time! And Lemme tell you this guy did not disappoint.
