Pizzaville — Restaurant in Oakville

I am a frequent customer at that location. I normally ordered pizza through the app because they tend to take much longer to make the pizza than what they normally say. Today, the app was not working so I went in person to order. I was in the store for 35 minutes, but my food was still not ready. There have been times where I've waited an hour for pick up. I don't think the owner Imran or his employees understand the value of their customer's time. I got fed up and asked how much longer it would take for my order and they told me 10-15 more minutes. I looked at the individual making the pizza and told him that I want my money back. Unlike any other restaurant I've gone to, this employee rudely tells okay take your money. Instead of trying to speak to his customer in a professional manner, he outbursts on me while HIM and his co-workers were singing Indian songs instead of focusing on their job. I have never been amazed at how rude him and the Owner Imran was. They did not offer any form of apology or credit to make up for the excessive time they spent. I didn't get my pizza, and I did leave with money. It was 'too' much work for the employee and owner to put the money back on my card, so they gave me cash. I don't understand how a massive chain such as Pizzaville is unable to return a customer's money on their credit card. I am baffled at how rude and obnoxious the restaurant is. I visit the store twice a week. They've lost my business completely. I don't understand how employees are able to talk like that to customers. I work in customer service and know that if there is a delay in the service being provided, you offer an apology and empathize with the customer....

I would give this location a BELOW AVERAGE rating. We moved to Oakville at the end of August and the Dundas location has been our go to pizza place. I have many allergies and my husband talked to the owner to make sure I had no sauce on mine and no corn meal. (Which they don’t use anyway). They were FANTASTIC, we ordered many other types for company, and all loved them. That was until November 21st, I ordered two extra large and one regular. Two were perfect, mine was BURNT. I called customer service well after, (to be honest, I didn’t want to complain, but my daughter said you spent over $73.00, on it, tell them, they should know). I did and they told me the next time I called and gave my phone number I would get a free pizza. (I really was hesitant) Well I did that tonight, I called, told the nice lady that it was a free pizza and the reason was because the last one had been BURNED. She told me she would make sure to tell them NOT to BURN it. Well, guess what, my husband just checked one little outer edge, again it is BURNED. I called the customer service lady and told her what happened, BUT I also told her I didn’t want another free pizza. I just will NEVER buy a pizza from there again. BUT I also told her I would tell all our friends and I would give a bad review. You can’t blame this on COVID, your people who work there are lousy cooks and/or bakers, and should be replaced. There are many good cooks/bakers who are looking for work, why not invest in a WHOLE NEW staff. I just read the reviews about this location and I am certainly NOT the first to complain about this location, so you as HEAD OFFICE should look into this....
