Subway — Restaurant in Oakville

The old staff was amazing, the ladies were always super nice and most often remembered my order- the new staff however is absolutely horrible. I walked in and the store was totally empty, I waited several minutes for the woman to saunter out from the back and was greeted with a dirty look, an eye roll and no greeting even after I said hello. She was beyond rude to me, when I asked for “the new spicy cheese” she was very quick to correct me very rudely. The man who added the toppings, this is my third experience with him and I’m not sure what the issue is but he doesn’t seem to listen at all to “one line of sauce” and proceeded to put FOUR passes on a 6 inch sandwich, and then when he was finished making my sandwich, he completely smushed it down into a pancake! My sandwich was completely soggy and I had to throw half of it out. While that was happening, another customer asked for white bread, and the woman raised her voice at him and she smacked the counter where the bread types was and asked him repeatedly what kind until he finally said “Italian”. This is so sad honestly- this location went from 5 star to 1 with these two employees. I really hope they can turn things around…I’ve never seen it in 8 years of coming , completely empty at lunch time and if that’s the kind of service people are getting- it...

I gave a rating of two only because the woman at the cashier was pleasant. The man with the glasses making the subs makes me never want to come back to this location. Which I have been going to for 10 plus years. I ordered a chicken rancher sandwich he put barley any chicken. Before I could even say what I wanted on my sub he assumed and started to put lettuce..... I usually get spinach instead. I asked for green peppers and there weren't any in the bin except the few that were sitting under the plastic drip tray, he proceeded to take the tray out and scoop up the slimy bits when I had to said no thanks. There were other issues.. I will never go back.

I miss the old owners and employees, the customer service was 100 times better and it was a friendlier atmosphere.

My Question to Subway is: Are we as the customer not allowed to choose what toppings we would like? This man was only going to put what is in the description of the particular...

When I was placing order, I was judged that I am a homeless despite having a winter outfit. While making a veggie delight sub 12inch, the cook was female and she started adding the veggies but when I asked her to add one more layer as that layer she did was low, as I eat subway several times in month at the same place.

She was getting angry on me I didn’t told her to have I will be needing hell lot of veggies, and she started saying, I am not comfortable. I won’t give you more veggies.

Later part she did revel that” I know you don’t wanna buy it that’s the reason you did 2 foot longs. I clarify “you think I don’t have money to pay for these 2 foot long sandwiches? And she replied Yes!

I am pretty sure not gonna be coming back and also tell everybody...
