We went downtown this evening for the Car parade and just stopped by your wonderful restaurant - what a lot of FUN we had.

The atmosphere was so wonderful but Spencer really took the experience over the Top. We have homes in Michigan and Florida and have not been to either one of them since March 2020. This evening was so much fun, it reminded us of our favorite places in the USA.

We met so many friends that were just walking by that we had not seen in years, one of which joined us for drinks.

Spencer was funny, he paid special attention to our table, made us feel special and we are definitely coming back over and over again.

The interior reminded me of a favorite Speakeasy type Bourbon Bar that we frequent in Fort Myers all the time. We will have to enjoy an evening inside one of these nights when it gets a bit cooler.

Please pass on our appreciation to Spencer. Gail got a kick out of all of the different types of glasses that he served us tonight - so much fun. Thanks...

This place is absolutely wonderful. Amazing staff and great food and the drinks don't hurt either. I was visiting Windsor with my friend and hadn't been in Windsor for a long time. We walked by the restaurant on Friday and looked at the menu on the outside of door. The Bar staff saw me looking and came out to ask me if we had any questions about the menu and was very friendly - I thought that was great as most will see you looking at menu but will not approach you to see if it is the right fit for you.

We came back on Saturday without reservation and were lucky to get a booth. The staff Erin and Adam were very nice and provided us with a great meal and memory.

To the owner, congrats, beautiful spot and not just the look you have right, but the staff and most important the food! Thank you - we will be back, thinking of moving to Windsor so for sure will be coming back to your great...

I’ve been a repeat customer of Panache because they usually serve great food, great drinks, and the DJ is always amazing. However, my most recent visit was disappointing. The dish I ordered didn’t meet the usual standards, and I barely touched it because it wasn’t enjoyable.

When I brought this to the staff’s attention, I expected them to offer a resolution that reflected their usual level of service—such as allowing me to order something else or comping the meal, as most restaurants would do in this situation. Instead, the best they could offer was a 25% discount on the meal I didn’t like.

While I appreciate the discount, it didn’t feel like the right solution. Paying for a meal I didn’t enjoy left a bad taste in my mouth, literally and figuratively. I hold Panache to a higher standard because they’ve done better in the past, and I hope they reconsider how they handle similar situations...
