We ordered dry manchurian and were offered manchurian full of gravy. When asked they told us this is how they make the dry manchurian. We ate a few veg manchurian balls and it tasted very salty and we told the staff about this. There was more than half of the dish left at this point. The staff told me they will only give us an equivalent of what was remaining, and I agreed to it. The staff again came back and gave us a very disappointing reply. Staff argued it is the right amount of salt and it is standard. They were also literally calculating how many veg manchurian balls were served and how many were remaining ( when there was clearly more than half of the dish remaining). This is such bad customer service. I told them, please charge us the entire price for the dish and we don't want to eat the remaining as it is very salty. We left immediately and will never return. Please treat your customers properly. Customers do not come to your café to argue and gain half a dish extra. We provided feedback hoping you would take it positively and correct the issue. Happy customers always come back and spread the word about your business. When you try to be cheap and have a bad attitude you will lose customers. Please rectify this attitude before it's too late. Disappointed and will never return.
Edit Reply - Please stop arguing on the quantity becuase you are not stating the truth. We ate only 2 pieces initially as we were 2 people. We came to you and complained about the salt, you argued that the salt quantity is standard. We didn't want to make a scene and tried 2 more pieces, at this point we couldn't eat any further as it was too salty, we then told you we don't want the dish. There was clearly more than half the dish left. The way your team is arguing about such petty things speaks about your customer care and quality. We also ordered many more items and we complimented you for the taste, please don't forget that. We have given you a negative review since we had a bad...

I said ohk i can do that and then i got charged $21 for cancelling the order, called again the restaurant and told that uber charged me a cancellation fee. The guy says sir we can not do anything because you ordered it from uber eats and we already started to prepare the order, it wasnt even a min that i called the restaurant to tell that this got cancelled and now i have to pay the whole thing again with already of charge of $21 on my credit card. The guy keeps telling that we have already started to prepare so we can not do anything with that, i said ohk well if you guys have already started preparing my order then can i pick it up from the restaurant by my self as i fully paid the whole amount, he had nothing to say and left me with no answer, later on closed...
Read moreDisappointing Experience Despite Nice Ambience
Unfortunately, my recent visit to this Indian restaurant in Windsor was disappointing. We weren’t served any water upon being seated, and the Chicken Tikka Masala I ordered arrived cold. I asked for it to be reheated, but it still came back only slightly warm. The rice was also cold and had to be microwaved again. Portions were quite small for the price as well.
A serious concern was that my dining companion has a nut allergy, and the menu had no indication of which dishes might contain nuts, this is something that definitely needs to be addressed.
While the ambience and interior decor were lovely, and the staff were polite and professional, there was only one server handling six tables, which clearly affected the overall service experience. They did their best, but they were clearly stretched too thin.
Hoping to see improvements in food quality, portion sizes, allergy information, and...
