Do not waste your time here !!!!!!!!! My wife and I walked in , with my brother and his wife right behind us, After seeing The Cult at the Casino. "Shrek" the bouncer says '"Are u coming in or not , close the door " Then says , "Stand there so I can look at you " Then says" How are you getting home " "We're staying at the hotel and we walked here " I said Shrek the bouncer door man says ,,,Sit over there " I look over there, chairs are scattered everywhere with previous customers slime and filth still on the table . We finally sit , my sister in law says "Im getting bad vibes" !!!!! The waiter comes over ,asks us if he could take our order "Nope we're leaving" , your goon door man and this place is filthy ! So the 4 of us get up and start walking out . we walk out , Im at the sidewalk with my wife, I look back and my brother is shoving Shrek and the self proclaimed MMA fighter/ waiter back inside , closing the door. These 2 goons just want to fight...the waiter brags hes MMA ," Im MMA Im MMA ", we continue to walk away, and hear nothing but empty threats .... All I have to say to Mr MMA , if you really are MMA you dont brag , you do it .. ...And you got a slapped in the chops , with no gaurd , which tells me you are so lucky we walked away. We will never be back , but we will pass this on , just as Im doing now. We are 46 -51yrs with good jobs , we wouldve easliy dropped $ 200, that night , Do not go here , The same day we went Eastwoods Grill before the concert around 7pm . It was a great exsperience , clean and organized tables , great food , great drinks . very friendly staff The owner even gave us 4 shots on the house !!!!!! Highly...

I could be wrong in this review. Maybe not the right the place was chosen to eat. We wanted to eat downtown before going to the Chrysler theatre for A Christmas Story production. We arrived and were seated right away. First impression was it’s very loud. Servers moving chairs and just dragging them across the floor. Was hard to talk with my company. The server wasn’t overly nice just there to do her job. I get it. Ordered lemon water and didn’t receive any lemon. No big deal. The Sandwich and Caesar salad were excellent. Not a ton of dressing on the salad and the crouton had the best seasoning and were a great smaller size with a large portion, where you were able to enjoy the taste and not cut your mouth open. My mushroom Swiss chicken sandwich was fantastic as well. Would choose again. Server was kinda awkward but it could be because we couldn’t hear her and she didn’t really put the effort for friendliness. I think this is a great spot for a night out to drink and eat, maybe not to visit with family and friends as it’s a bar and it’s loud. I would like to try their walkerville location to see if the vibe is a bit more quiet so I can talk with my company. I don’t mind noise, but I was getting exhausted yelling across the table. My son had the Goosebites with white cheddar rub. They were seasoned just right and paired with the dill dip. Would recommend. The Loose Goose restaurant delivered one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve had— a clear focus on profits over customer satisfaction, making it obvious that keeping guests happy is not a priority.

This was one of the worst online shopping experiences we’ve ever had. Not only was our order incorrect, but the real issue started when we tried to resolve the problem.

We initially tried to call and place an order but were directed to the website. When we call the restaurant to resolve the issue, the bartender mentioned there were problems with online ordering. It took 2 days for the manager to call us back and when she did, she assumed our issue was with the quality of the food which wasn’t the case. It then took 2 more days to hear from the owner who would only communicate by email, as he said he needed everything in writing. Clearly, they have dealt with many customer issues before.

What should’ve been a straightforward resolution turned into days of back-and-forth with no real progress. In the end, we were left with no refund or proper apology.

Between the poor handling of the order and the lackluster customer support, I won’t be visiting the Loose Goose again—and I wouldn’t recommend...
