My fiancé and I ate here twice! Last night. The first time we had the sushi (pictured) which was delicious! Our server was amazing, quick greeting at the door, quick service with drinks, food and the bill as we were on our way to the Caesar for the Yungblud concert. 10/10 experience, arrived around 7-7:10 and were walking out at 7:45 it was the perfect choice. The 2nd time we ate there (11:30-midnight), we came back because we wanted to try their sliders. The same server greeted us and got us waters, but then we didn’t see her again for an while. Another server (she had also been working earlier) came and took our orders. We got the calamari (amazingly good) the egg rolls (good) and we each got 3 sliders ( again amazingly good)…. And we ordered a Moscow mule and a I think Kentucky ass. Calamari came…. Then the Egg rolls came….. then the sliders (did I say these were amazingly good?) but no drinks. Finally spotted the server we had for sushi (no sign of the one who took our orders) and asked if our drinks had been put in. By the time we got them our food was done and we were ready to get some sleep. We were staying at the Holiday Inn Express right across the street. As a whole this place is really really good and we will be back again for dinner. I don’t recommend coming here late night and expect a calm, timely dinner or late night snack. Also worth mentioning that there was live music, and the singer had a great voice… volume however was LOUD. Like louder than the rock concert we had just gone to where we were floor level by the stage. All in all I’d give the dinner service (pre show 7-7:15 pm) 10/10 across the board. Late night (post show 11:30-12) like 10/10 for food…. 5/10 for service.

My husband and I have been here before but went for a quick snack before a show at the casino. We got the Lola roll and the Crab California. My husband got the Negroni. Drink was to be expected - good but nothing world changing. The sushi was surprisingly really good quality. Much better than Kona and Nico - which is where we go being from Tecumseh. The Lola had two fried items but lightly dusted and not seeping with oil. The crab meat was a higher quality and fish was fresh! Our only complaint - and this was probably just the day - we went on home opening day and it was full of belligerent drunk people - YELLING to the point the three tables around us quickly scarfed down our food because we couldn’t hear our dates and it was all a bit overwhelming. The place is small and narrow or this might not be an issue. AGAIN, in the past it’s super calm and actually a great date night so just choose your night to go wisely as it can get rowdy at 5:30 on a Friday night haha. Staff was friendly and place was dark - but clean! Check them out - their sliders are also great but we were in a rush and wanted something light before our show so we stuck to sushi. They’ve got a fun menu so check them out!

Really enjoyed the service here it was great. No reservations are being taken but us 5 ladies hadn’t see each other since pre covid times and had to take a chance to eat good while we were all available. On a Roll definitely helped make our mini reunion a remarkable one ! I wish I remember our servers name but he was great ! Despite the torrential down pour that did not stop at all during this dining experience he was attentive and personable. We ordered sushi, sliders and the app fried calamari, NOM! All of it ! I loved the Lola slider and Tiny Dancer roll was to die for. But all were oh so delicious ! We ended up getting 2 of the fried calamari apps, and we left no leftovers. I had a most delicious Caesar and we also tried the Buddha cocktail which was also very tasty. Will definitely be back and will be a place I recommend for sushi !

Good food, good people in service, seemed attentive. A not to bad place to eat a meal.

We were sent here by locals when we checked in to a local motel. I would recommend this for the food but not the ambiance. Perhaps ordering take out would have increased the rating some.

The location itself could have been much cleaner and in better shape. The men's bathroom was a bizarre design and the door was compromised like someone had a fight in there. I suspect the fact that as the toilet and urinal are facing each other, this could lead to some awkward encounters. It would be much easier and sanitary to just take the urinal out. Problem solved.

The smell was very off-putting. Not sure if it was sewer or garbage but it was strong and did interfere with the enjoyment of the food.

The wine was decent and palatable with the food. However the glasses were not exactly shined to perfection and one had lipstick from another customer on it. I am all about sharing but some things can be just to much to share.

We sat at a table that was kind of a pinch corridor for bathroom/kitchen/bar and some kind of hobbit music stand/sound/stage. Very limited room and I could not imagine how uncomfortable it would be with a few more bodies in there or dancing. Perhaps it was an area for live Poetry readings and Rap battles about Windsor. I did not think to ask at the time.

It is possible that with a cleaner and more updated design this could be a truly enjoyable encounter. The cost may be prohibitive to some but at least if you are only there to drink beer and watch a hockey game or boxing match the location will fit your...

This restaurant/pub has extremely good food, but it's not worth the money they charge or the horrible bar-like service they offer. My friend and I waited nearly a half-hour just for our first order of drinks and over an hour for our small order. We went around 4 PM to catch an early dinner before the place got busy. There were literally 5 other customers at the bar and no one else seated, they were fully staffed at the time also. The man who served us was indeed extremely smug and ignored me the entire time only taking orders from my female friend.

My friend even tipped him handsomely and gave him a gift for the owner (who she apparently knows). You would think sucking up to the staff and giving your hard earned money to them would require excellent service, however this was some of the worst service I've received in a very long time and the food was beyond expensive for what you're getting, the drinks in particular were extremely high priced at over $10 for a small cocktail. Don't go here for fast and happy service or for decent pricing, go here as a treat to yourself once and a while. I recommend you order your food in advance before arriving to the restaurant, especially if it's a busy...
