Prospects Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Oshawa

Okay big Gennys fan here and finally got some section 200 seats. I prefer to sit in the real seats in the stands but they were a gift. You know cuz we got to get loud for the boys! Over all the years I have never had a good experience in the restaurant but thought it would be cool to sit on the balcony above the restaurant, on the outside of the second level. (Sorry shoulda taken some pics but it was overwhelming AF up there lol) That place just needs some help or direction. Young server not trained properly, food sooo frigging expensive for what you get. 16 for a ceasar salad?....thats 3 more dollars than the Keg!! Lol. The server just heard Stella and rolls out hard to ring in a large draught! If you dont ask....you bring a can or bottle, not the most over priced size ever, thats not upselling, thats sneaky sales lol. I think the Tribute Center head office ppl need to spread the money and resources around better or somethin! This place is sad, and not a good look for the...

We had reservations at 4:30, arrived 4:25, ordered. Tables that came in after us received their food, not us finally our waiter came to us, after 30 minutes and said oh I will look into your order. Another 15 minutes and 2 other staff members brought our food. Our waiter came by and asked how our food was i told him my wasn't very good he just oh and walked away. I barely touched mine as it tasted off, like it had been sitting for awhile. When our waiter picked up our plates I told him again that mine was awful and he said sorry I will bring the bill!!! Nothing about what was wrong no offer of anything. Extremely disappointed as we are season ticket holders and like to go to the restaurant...

Worst experience I've had dining anywhere in a long time and the so-called manager should not be managing whatsoever because her Hospitality skills are nowhere on par with what a manager should be in my opinion booking for 4:00 p.m. when they don't open until 5:00 p.m. and trying to blame it on the fact that she didn't see an email for the booking of 4:00 p.m. saying that it's an email mistake meanwhile giving attitude the whole time the food was lacking largely for the high prices of their menu would not recommend to my worst enemy will never be visiting again couldn't pay me enough too...
