Canadian 2 For 1 Pizza — Restaurant in Penticton

I was a loyal customer to this shop until last night. My order took over 90 minutes so I called to cancel because it was nearing 1am. The person on the phone kept me waiting for 5 minutes while he was chatting with someone else. When he did come back to the phone he told me “I can’t do anything for you” and hung up. About 15 minutes after that the food showed up. I felt bad for the driver so I ended up paying for cold food. Also the pizza was a store bought frozen pizza. Downhill quality and attitude has scratched this shop off of my list. Goodbye 2 for 1. Part 2. Since I can’t reply to your response I’ll have to edit my initial one to include the following….when you hung up on me you didn’t seem to care about my years of loyalty to your shop. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait longer than 90 minutes and I have been understanding in the past. I would be more so if I lived in a major metropolitan area, but this is small town Penticton and a 95 minute wait for a small pizza is a dismal performance for the prices you charge. Further, your guilt trip response isn’t doing you any favors in this instance. Trying to qualify your apology means it’s not an apology, and blaming me for “not understanding” is laughable. The unfortunate truth is that my understanding has met it’s limit, and that tends to happen to anyone who has enough disappointing experiences. The quality of the pizza was bad, the wait was too long, customer service was poor and rude. It’s hard to care about a business that doesn’t care about you. Happy to go for part 3 should you wish...

Horrible. We ordered and drove from ok falls. They said it would be 30 minutes for the order. When i showed up. They wouldnt even answer me, they just stared at me like a deer in headlights. So we asked for the manager. He just said oops, we will make it now, and put my pizza in the oven in front of me made me wait another 30 min on top. We left for 5min cameback never said a word. Waited 20 min ontop now they kept saying someone will be right with us. My food was sitting there done and getting cold. Long story short, we never did receive our pizza and i had to find other alternatives late in the evening with a huge family visiting. Then when this was reported, they just shrugged it off and said next rime it will be better. There will never a next time. I will never support a canadian 2for1 anywhere now. This was our only go to spot before this. Quite a shame. You want excellent pizza. Come for a drive to ok falls and try kettle valley or Bullies. They are amazing people and you actually...

I don’t normally write reviews but i felt i had to on this one. We ordered 2 pizzas close to closing time and asked specifically for extra pizza sauce. When the pizza arrived it had almost no pizza sauce on both pizzas and they were both cold and looked like they had been sitting around for awhile. I wanted to call back and complain but they were closed so i called the next day and the employee i talked to said “what do you want me to do about it” I expected to get an apology at the least and possibly a credit he said they don’t give credits unless it was the same day yet they were closed by the time we got it so that was not an option. I wish i got the employees name as he was quite rude and we will definitely not be ordering from there again.
