Initial Failure: Received a meal but a basic utensil was forgotten, and when I asked if there were two utensils as ordered, the delivery driver lied to my face at the door about it.
Protracted Complaint Process: Staff provided a two-hour-long runaround, repeatedly gaslit me, and refused to offer a full refund, replacement, or acceptable compensation for their error.
Delayed Resolution: A refund was only processed the next day, with such unprofessional nonsense like "the manager was sleeping." and repeated lip service and saying "I'm trying to help" instead of providing help.
Avoidance of Accountability: Employees and the manager refused to give their names during the customer service calls.
History of Mismanagement (Coupon): In a prior incident, a manager failed to understand a valid coupon, gaslit me, and refused to honor it.
Deceptive Promotion: Wasted hours attempting to use a non-functional "free pizza" promotional code advertised by the store.
Emotional Manipulation: Staff weaponized my justified anger against me by saying "I'm trying to help" instead of addressing the problem and using long holds and gaslighting terms like "I'm sorry you feel that way" while misusing their right to withhold their names to avoid accountability.
Staff Incompetence: A customer service agent did not know about store credit policies, vaguely replied "I believe so," and then simply abandoned the phone call to make pizza. Another team member picked up the phone who didn't know either but instead of finding out the information simply got passive-agressive.
Final Insult: Refusal to honor initial credit of $45, cash handed to me in a strange wrapping of plastic like some shady hand-off, and refused to serve me again after admission of wrongdoing. I don't what is going on here but corporate has...

It showed up as 1 cheesy bread and a pizza and $5 more.. so I say to the delivery driver this isn’t my order .. he checks the receipt and apologized and said he will go back to the store to get it… so I call the store to add on a sm Hawaiian pizza… I am speaking to the manager but don’t realize this .. yet…. I say when you remake my cheesy bread could you please add on this pizza?…. She responds our driver is NOT coming back to the store… he is getting your order from the house he dropped it off at!!!… what??? Do you not know about food safe??? You CANNOT give me food that has been at a strangers house you need to remake it… she was oblivious to food safe… this is when I asked for the manager and she responded she was … so I told her she had to remake it and could you please add a sm pizza… she put me on hold for 10 mins so I figured she forgot about me and I hung up…. Read moreNight manager has no respect or courtesy how to treat customers. I am a regular client that orders and pays in advance 90% of times. But this is the 3rd time when I was ignored completely at River side dominos. I don’t know her name but I wish somebody teaches her customers service. I don’t know what kind of ego she has but I am done with her attitude. I stood there for 10 mins to be when she is wearing her head phones and completely ignoring me while making pizzas. My order is already ready and sitting (paid in advance). All she had to do is hand it over. This not the first time that it has happened. I order pizza every other day and this is what i get? Absolute shame on her and her attitude. Also she is also racist too, as she greeted the other two customers before me and after me but I was just standing there and hoping to be served. She is busy showing the customers her skills of tossing pizza in air.
