Worst customer service ever!!! The girl who works at night at the drive through has always been rude and it was the same last night! We called her out on her behaviour but she was still very rude!!! I don’t understand how these people get to work in customer service!!! One day can be bad but every single time!!!! The rudeness and audacity wanted me to tell her to quit her job instead of being there and working in customer service!!! I don’t believe the manager even cares!!! I will definitely take this incident and complain wherever it would be heard!! Very Bad Experience! So, i placed an online order cuz i was in a hurry, and i got to select how i want to pick up the food, i select to pickup at the drivethru, when i went to the window, the old lady said so rudely, why didn't you stopped at the drivethru, i said i have place an online order and she said but you still need to stop there, like what's the point of online order if i must stop there. She was really rude, she asked my name, i told her and went in and came back she said you have to go around and stop there again and tell the cook that who you are, like, i told you my name, my order number, why do i need to go around again? I got my order on Saturday around 7pm and everything was good until i saw a mid-aged (must be 40+) lady in the kitchen picking up a chicken patty from ground and using it. Fun fact is neither she changed get gloves nor she washed her hands before touching the fries. I don’t know even if the managers know that what kind of shit is being served at this location (1808 Albert St.). Well if this mess is still unrevealed in front of the Managers then it should be and still if there is no noticeable measure taken then the manager need to be fired too.
