In the past I’ve had great service! Today on the other hand, we came at the end of the lunch rush. It took a lil while for her to stop talking with her co-workers and start dealing with the line of people waiting at the till. I watched another girl working hard restocking the cooler. Eventually we were seated, the table was dirty. No problem the girl cleaned it fast told us who are server was and then was gone. It took over 20 mins for our server to actually come take our order And then another hour before our food came. Take into consideration we didn’t make any alterations to our food. I had asked what was gf in the menu and didn’t need alterations to the recipe, and that’s what I ordered. It took OVER AN HOUR to get our food! The restaurant has two other tables of people. And I’m watching the stag go out for smoke breaks and hang out in the kitchen. I understand they need breaks but it shouldn’t take that long for food. Then lie say it’s my fault it’s taken so long for the food because I’m celiac. It’s never taken this long in the past. The food was not as good as usual which was a disappointment. All around a disappointing dinning experience today. Don’t know if there was a change of staff. But it will be a while before I come back or recommend anyone...

Wow! Wonderful, helpful and cheerful staff. Overall we had a great experience and can’t wait to return. Pros: Some of the best fun milkshakes we have ever had. We tried almost all of them! The donuts were delicious and even though they only had 5 varieties they were all fantastic. Their caramel Apple fritter was light, and had great flavour. The burgers were juicy and the meat was seasoned nicely. We had the dill pickle burger and the Mac and cheese burger. Cons: we had mixed feeling about the poutine. I think we just didn’t care for the gravy. There was nothing wrong with it, it was just a personal preference. We had the sweet potato poutine (personally, the sweet potatoes dont work well with the gravy they are using), the Buffalo chicken poutine (not bad but really needed more Buffalo sauce as it was a bit bland) and the chili cheese poutine (my favourite. Ordered the chili cheese poutine, with the chili on the side. They put a very small amount of chili in a little condiment cup and then proceeded to DROWN the fries in enough gravy for at least 3 orders of poutine. The fries became a sopping disgusting mostly inedible mess. It was so salty I was barely able to eat half of it. I'm constantly disappointed with this place. $15 for barely edible food. They also need to learn how to make proper French fries. Handmade French fries need to be fried TWICE - once to blanch the potatoes, then drained and dropped again and fried until they're golden brown. The dark brown fries mean that the fries were dropped and fried only once, leaving them to turn soggy as soon as the gravy even gets close to the fries.
