Viet Trung Garden — Restaurant in Regina

Extremely unimpressed with this restaurant and their customer service. We used their website to order delivery instead of skip the dishes because right at the very top of their page, it states "free delivery" whereas with skip, there is a charge. To our surprise, when we got our food there was a $5 delivery charge. I called the restaurant to clarify and they said "you have to spend over $60 to get the free delivery" which we did not. It does not state this anywhere on the website. Had I known this, I would have just ordered off skip the dishes since they only charge $4. Viet Trung Garden did nothing to compensate for their error. Will not be visiting or ordering...

I have always ordered online I am (WAS) a consistent customer. I saw the restaurant and I told my husband let dine in for a change. We were very disappointed. The restaurant is dark and dirty. The customer service is terrible, the server was rude and immediately we finished our food he brought the bill like telling us to leave, and the cleanliness of the place is horrific. Funny enough they are only friendly with people of their same nationality, they cannot accommodate other cultures they were not comfortable with us, in other words we were not welcomed. Lost a customer that used to WEEKLY buy orders for more than $100 I am telling my co-workers about this...

I had a horrible time at this place. We waited for a while just to get served. My mom already made space in the middle of the table for the waiter to put the food in there, but instead of putting it there, he handed everything to me just cuz i was the one who was closest to the waiter. The waiter didn't asked us if we wanted any refills and didn't even bother asking how everything is going. And the worst part is, before i left, found some dried up crusty piece of pork under the table which made me question the cleanliness of this place. Anyways sorry about the rant i just really hate...
