Disgusting food and disgusting attitude from the manager!
We originally went to stop at coop around the corner for a rotisserie meal but found out they were closed. Decided to go to KFC and order a meal instead. While ordering at board we decided on the 18 piece meal deal with 5 LARGE SIDES for $54.99. Elderly man places the order and the guy inside is asking what we want. Salads, drinks, etc. He says no, we just want all fries and gravy. Good enough… Get to the house and open up the bags to find a bucket of greasy, slimy chicken pieces, Extremely dry meat. A single order of cold fries, the gravy was ice cold and the popcorn chicken was cold and stale as well. My family had just spent almost 10 hours driving on the whited out highway and just wanted dinner. I called the store and my call was answered by a lady who has zero customer service experience. She then transfers me to a guy that claimed to be a manager. I explained the situation to him and he proceeds to argue over me the entire time saying that it wasn’t their fault, we didn’t order what I said we ordered, then gave me attitude and hung up!!! All I can say is wow… I am going to do whatever it takes to make it known that your establishment is far from par and that people know what they are walking into. Most disrespectful service I have ever received from a fast food place. I’ve been in customer service for 17 years and also supervised a KFC, McDonalds, Wendys & Harvey’s. Read moreI would give 0 star if I can. I tried placing an online order and the app told me it will be ready in 15mins for me to pick up. Arrived at the store and was told order didn’t received. We showed the manager the order on the App (the manager took my cell and looked at it too) but they confirmed it didn’t went though. I placed an order right then asking for a boneless chicken meal but was given a boneless combo. Arrived home and realized I got a wrong order, called KFC talked to the manager who took our order. She then clarifies to me that they don’t have boneless chicken meal but only combo so she only charged me for the combo price and online offer and in store is different. I asked why I didn’t even get a receipt for my order and now the order is wrong what can she do for us. I didn’t get any apologies from this manager at all and was told she only charged me and gave me what I ordered. I said as a customer how am I supposed to know the difference between a boneless meal and boneless combo and you didn’t clarify to us at the time of the order. I said obviously you know your menu very well and you are playing word game with me and not even giving us the receipt is not acceptable! This manager did not listen but repeat we got what we ordered. This is the WORST customer experience I have ever had. She is ABSOLUTELY not the right fit for customer service never mind being a manager! I hope KFC as an international chain can afford to give their people proper training and actually think from the customer’s perspective. This “manager” should learn how to smart up...

If you are looking at the reviews before you decide if you want to go here or not, trust the 1 star reviews - it is as bad as people are reviewing. One car in the drive thru ahead of us. Finally were able to order after waiting for a bit (US CUSTOMERS TAKE NOTE THAT KFC IN CANADA DOES NOT HAVE MASHED POTATOES). Received our food and went to our hotel that was across the street. Food was not fresh and had been sitting for a while (we were there about 6:30) and we had to reheat. We only ate a few bites as it did not taste good at all. Took all our food and drinks back and explained to them how bad it was, and they argued with us that it could not be old as 4:00-7:00 is there rush and food does not sit. Well. we were there at 6:30, one car in front of us and nobody ever came after us the whole time we waited and after we had left so I guess 2 cars are a rush for them. The manager said that she did not have the ability to refund our money and would have the manager in the morning refund it. It has now been 5 days and no refund so I have filed a disputer with my credit card company. I would guess this place will be closed when we come up next year looking at their recent reviews.
