Very Disappointed – Repeated Bad Experiences
I’ve consistently had bad experiences at this Popeyes location, but this recent one was the last straw. On April 13th, I accidentally placed an order for two sandwiches while at work and in a rush. I realized my mistake within 3-4 seconds and immediately called the store to cancel. The employee told me to cancel it through my phone, which I did instantly. The order was successfully canceled, and I confirmed that the food was never made.
Thinking I’d get a refund since the food wasn’t prepared, I placed my order with a different location. But when I requested a refund through Uber Eats, they refused, saying the restaurant had already made the food—which wasn’t true. I spoke to four different Uber agents, wasting a lot of time, but all gave the same response.
Trying to get help from the restaurant was even worse. They rarely answered the phone, and when they finally did, they said they’d speak to the manager and call me back—no one ever did. I called again later and spoke to the manager, who offered no solution and claimed the general manager would follow up. It’s been 10 days and still nothing.

Read moreI am so disappointed with this branch , I’ve loved Popeyes all these years and have to witness this disappointment, first the drive through register wasn’t working we had to go inside while I saw two persons order through that same window I then went into the store and was told it was a 15min wait that turned into a 30 minute wait , the last time I checked ordering a 12pcs family meal is mixture of chicken breast, thigh , leg and wing . Just for me to get 6 pcs of chicken leg and then 6 pcs of thigh , when I asked why it was told to me that’s how they do it , to even consider my family whom I’m purchasing dinner for at that time what if my kids do not eat leg or thigh a mixture of each piece should always be considered, we are customers and we are paying for our food I didn’t come and ask if you could give me anything I’m paying for it so at least do the next customer a favour and give them what they paid for and not what you want...
Read moreI am a delivery person, Skip the Dishes. Popeye's lock the doors early forcing me to use drive-thru to pick up an order that is ready and waiting for delivery. Long line up at drive-thru so I cancel the call because I can't wait 15 minutes in a line up while other calls are waiting to be delivered. So they give me a "THUMBS DOWN" on my APP. It will take me 6 months to get my 100% good rating back. Next time don't lock your doors so soon especially if there is a 15 minute wait at drive-thru. The customers food will be cold by the time I pick up the order. GIVE YOURSELVES A THUMBS DOWN! Manager doesn't care about customers ONLY HIMSELF.
