Horrible customer service, ended up sleeping in my car. Booked a room an hour before arrival. When I got there no one was at the desk, I rang the bell twice before finding the desk clerk in the breakfast area watching videos on his phone. After saying hello to the man (Peter) and asking if I could check in he made it very clear I was disturbing him, scoffing at me, saying his “computer was off”, without looking that he “didn’t have a reservation for me”. He took my ID and proceeded to look at the computer for some time. “Nope I don’t have a reservation for you”, “I’m going to have to go cook breakfast soon you know”, “checkout is at 11am you know”. I told him I had a confirmation number, he said “that won’t help you”. He abruptly gave me a registration form with no direct but yelling “FILL this out!” so I began putting in my information, he then turned and again yelled “NO NO not that part! that’s for me, just fill this out!”. I’d had enough of getting treated like this so said I’d go somewhere else and get a refund from my online booking. He yelled obscenities at me as I left the building. I managed to get a refund from the platform I booked with online but by that time it was quite late so I slept in the car at the Wal-Mart down the road. I have tried to contact management 4 times to let them know about the incident but no response. I stay at a lot of hotels across North America every year and this was a top three for terrible...

We recently spent a night at the Home-Suite Hotel, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! As dog owners, we often struggle to find hotels that cater to our furry family members, especially with enough space for them to feel at home. This hotel surpassed our expectations!

Upon entering our spacious room, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and fresh atmosphere. No odd odors, just a bright, inviting space where our pups could stretch out and settle in comfortably. It gave us peace of mind knowing they were relaxed while we unwound.

The real stars of the show, however, were the hotel staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, swiftly handling a price match we found with an online booking service. Their warm, friendly approach made us feel welcome right away, and check-in was a breeze! It was such a nice change of pace to encounter such attentiveness.

As for breakfast, while it might not have been gourmet, it offered everything you’d expect from a hotel buffet: fresh pancakes , a good range of cereals, and the classic hot options. Perfectly satisfying to kickstart our day!

All in all, I cannot recommend the Home-Suite Hotel enough. From a great atmosphere and life-saver pet policies to amazing service, our stay was the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. We will surely be back, and we're excited to make more memories with our...

If they are catering to the construction/trades and not fussy people they have hit the nail on the head! No pun intended. Rooms are presentable, a little on the shabby side (and not shabby Chic) arm rests on the chair are dirty, carpet is stained, large salad bowl under the sink looks like someone vomited in it and forgot to wash the outside. Bathtub push and pull stop doesn't work, finally got it up and the tub backs up, including (but not limited to) shaving remains when you didn't shave! Maids dirty shoe print in the tub after cleaning, lack of refreshing toiletries. Ptac HVAC system is finicky. People upstairs sound like a hurd of elephants stomping around, exit door slams to the point of shaking the room. Breakfast is the same everyday and bland (egg style changes up a little) red apples and melon for fresh fruit, croissant and muffins. Coffee is friggin awesome and the only thing I have enjoyed here (octane coffee I believe). Four nights of no sleep! If I am asked to come to Regina again for work I absolutely would, would I stay here again... Highly unlikely. Can't wait to get home to a comfortable clean bed and working AC! Thanks...

Clean rooms, except the fabric chair could use a good steam clean. friendly staff, quiet stay, a normal hotel breakfast, a stocked kitchenette and full size fridge in our room, loved that. Could use a make up mirror (with a magnified side) in the bathroom. The cooling system was odd, we put the temperature down to 14 to keep it cooler at night and it worked. They are pet friendly. If your looking for shopping in Regina, I recommend 2 places, The exchange District on Dewdney St and the Grasslands. Don’t waste your time with any of the malls and Cathedral district was disappointing.

I liked the layout of the room but after finding skin bits or something all over the sheets on one side of the bed, I will never stay again. I would need assurance of quality control with cleaning. It all looked clean. Never thought to check under the covers when we arrived so we found this when we were exhausted and ready to sleep. I have never encountered this before anywhere. Rooms should be checked following a cleaning - including under the bedding. I should have taken more photos. I was so tired I didn’t think of it.

We stayed for one night on our road trip. We splurged on the king suite ($27 extra) and it was so worth it. The room was the size of a small one bedroom apartment. The entire room and hotel was spotless. Probably one of the cleanest hotels I've visited. There are some bumps and bruises but you get that anywhere. The service was excellent and welcoming. Breakfast was good. Some gluten free options if you ask.
