August 2025: First time stepping into this establishment. Quite impressed. Floored it still smells new after it is opened for over a month.

My lunch party was impressed with the menu options. We had the Cucumber Pistachio salad, pea Shoot & Pecorino Caesar salad, Herb & Pistachio Crusted Diefenbaker Trout, Bison & Berry Burger, Prosciutto & Chicken Sandwich. All were quite impressed with our meals.

Our server was quite attentive and we also got graced by the owner bring out some of our plates as they were ready...

Our food experience was fine, but I would recommend the bar staff and servers familiarize themselves with hand-washing practices.

We observed the bartender touching his face and hair multiple times, without handwashing. He then proceeded to touch fresh lemons and place them in the drinks.

One server sneezed onto the back of her hand, then touched her nose and proceeded to deliver plates of food to other tables. Food borne illnesses are a concern, and I might suggest basic food handling training...

Stopped in quickly while we waited for the kids to do an escape room on Scarth and man, am I glad we did! The service was prompt and the food was exceptional. We got four things: the bread, pickerel cheeks, pork belly, and started cucumber pistachio salad. The salad was so good I might have to go back this week and get it again, seriously.
