Nicola pop-up at Silvia’s an exceptional experience: We were not prepared to be transported to a world of French-inspired cuisine that's nothing was short of extraordinary. From the first bite of Lovage Butter to the last heavenly taste of Pavlova, every dish on the menu left us in awe. The Ham Hock Terrine and Onion Tart Tatin were pure perfection, setting the tone for what was to come. The Seared Bavette Steak was a culinary masterpiece, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The Tomato + Peach Salad and Charred Veg showcased the freshest ingredients, and the 'Spira Greens' Salad was a refreshing symphony of greens. But let’s talk about that Pavlova – it was the ultimate showstopper. Topped with Rhubarb Raspberry curd, orange blossom chantilly, and pistachios, and a mint garnish, it was a symphony of flavors and textures that crowned the meal with a sweet, unforgettable flourish. The attention to detail in every dish was evident – a labor of love that was evident with every bite. And to top it off, each course came with a wine pairing that elevated the experience to new heights. If you're ever lucky enough to attend one of these Nicola pop-ups, don't hesitate – go! Your taste buds will be forever grateful. Nicola pop-up at Silvia's is a culinary journey that you simply can't miss.

Great home cooked style food, great portions and awesome place. I went here based off google reviews looking for spaghetti or lasagna. Went once for spaghetti and I assume the lady who does the serving is Sylvia (I never did ask haha) and she was nice and polite. Got my food out fairly quick. The restaurant is a unique design in my opinion being an open kitchen nice and simple and a nice dining room. It was fantastic and the food was fantastic. Some chit chat as I paid and away I went. Few weeks later I went back again for the second round and got the lasagna and same experience I was served quick and friendly, and the lasagna was so good. I proceeded to go back the next evening simply to get the lasagna again it is that good. I will likely be back tomorrow again as it’s that good and I’m here on work so cooking at home is not an option plus this is as good as home cooking. Would recommend to anyone.

Silvia and her husband have created the most precious environment. Not only is the food done to perfection (we had the white wine, caprese salad, spaghetti and meatballs, pastaschiutta, and cheesecake), their service is just amongst the best I've seen. We stopped by while driving through saskatchewan on our cross country drive, and could not be happier with our pick. They were absolutely lovely and sent us off with so much care. The food has got a homemade feel to it and you just know how much love they put into it. This restaurant has only been around for a year, but they've already got everything down pat. I will definitely be stopping here every single time I pass by regina. If you only have one meal in this province, let it be Silvia's. Their attention to detail and care for their customers will ensure that you have a memorable experience and a fantastic night no matter the kind of day you've had
