Came at 8:38 Mall closes 9pm. As a fellow food service worker i can understand the annoyance of customers coming as you are about to close. But come on its not even like 10 minutes before closing. I asked “are you guys still open?” cashier (she works cash all the time) who seem is filipino is so rude. Rolled her eyes and said what can i get for you. As i ordered i said “can i get a regular-“ and she interupt me rudely and went “ONLY BOTTLE DRINKS.” And as she assembled the items in my bag she threw it inside. So surprising i dont even want to make eye contact. I have come here since highschool for years and the service has honestly gone down. It used to be so good when the other i think chinese woman worked the cash register everyday. Its disappointing because im a regular here, at food court i only come here. I love edo so much. But this experience makes me dread coming back because she works here everyday. Please watch your customer service. At my job I run the guest experience department- and this service is so not ideal at all. I notice the cooks are very friendly but its only this woman who is rude everyday. If you dont like to work here go somewhere else or fake your attitude. Its a let down to customers. Even once my boyfriend tried to order here for me while i was at work. was told he was yelled at and interupted. I can only assume its the some woman. Shes so rude. Please talk to her...

The manager,Man**sa, told her by message (on September 19, 2025) on indeed to “please come before 1:30 pm tomorrow.” We arrived at 12:30 pm on next day (September 20, 2025), which was well before the time given. After waiting a few minutes, the manager called her inside but instead of conducting the interview, she spoke in a rough tone saying, “I told you to come early, this time I am busy.”
This was never mentioned in the message, and my partner was simply following the instructions provided. The manager then asked her to just write down her name and phone number and said she would call back within 3 days if hired. When my partner mentioned her previous experience as a QA technician, the manager dismissed it by saying “oh student” — which made no sense and felt disrespectful.
Overall, the manager did not even give my partner the chance to properly speak and the whole experience felt very...
Read moreThat is the best teriyaki money can buy. They even allow to split extra meat over 2 portions so you can have a nicely balanced meal for cheap. Adding more sauce is not a problem and unlike other Teriyaki places they do offer Chili garlic sauce with it which greatly improves the flavor. Buying there for years and never had a bad experience, except when new hires can't understand splitting extra meat over 2 portions..lol...a really nice touch is that now you can buy their amazing teriyaki sauce in bottles. It is expensive but worth the money. IMO this Edo is better than others around, maybe because it is...
