It was dry,crumbly and really didn't have much flavor. I was told there would be a rum syrup in the middle and there was nothing like that. Their presentation with all the fruit on top was lovely but the quality of the cake was really bad. Quite embarrassing when you are buying for a office get together and you have to listen to all the comments on how dry the cake is.
