Starbucks is generally just starbucks. But if you've been to many and always get the iced caramel macchiato, then you will notice the difference in the stores. Even with the same exact recipe all across the board, some just make it better then others. How, you ask? Well its all about the mixing, and the right number of espresso pumps (which still some of the people get wrong 🤔) Some make it really undrinkable and others make it super delicious and smmoootthhh. This is all dependent on the training the specific Barista did and any tweeks shes learnt along the way from experience to make a drink oh so good. This location, has always delivered either good macchiato to Amazing! I remember driving away a few times after a sip and actually having to stop for a second right before the drive through exit to say (woooww this is soo good)! Doesn't happen often but once in a while, it is a good surprise. Now, not all Starbucks are good. And the one closest to home depot in Richmond, every time it sucks! But that's...
Read moreI ordered my drink hours ago. It was a blended Summer Skies. I used to love this store but these few months, their food quality is becoming so bad. I got my order and it tasted like water and it looks really pale so I asked the barista about it. She said its because its blended, but I know its not how its supposed to taste like. They remake my drink but I can hear them whispering about it. The Barista making my drink even blended a summer berry lemonade, she realized she was wrong so she made again. I got so pissed because who on earth measure a blended refresher using the grande cup like a latte and add a splash of coconut milk in it and a few ice cubes just because I asked them for more base and less ice? They did it below standard, I was served with a bubbly refresher. I cant believe these Baristas were trained like this. I hope the management re-train their employees on the standards of making a drink. This is so unacceptable paying $4.++ for a drink that looks like got played....
Read moreHi there, I would like to start off by saying, that English is not my first language (hebrew) but I would like to talk about the lovely service I got from a Asian tiny black-haired lady. I walked into the store with my two hungry children and was browsing the menu. it was a long line up but once I was the first in line, I got very very stressed. I looked up and without saying a word, an Asian lady said hello. I was startled (jumped almost) and said hi but did not know what to get usually because, in my country, we would order from street vendors who yell at us and ask what we wanted?! her amazing approach to talking to me made me feel loved, and I asked her what is good here. She told me we sell coffee, and that's what I got. I got a marrychato (sp)? and it tastes great. once I received my drink I remember as I walked away I said thank you to the young Asian lady, but she did not break contact with the customer she was talking to so she ignored me, but that was okay! Thank...
