Good burger served by very aggressive people. I ordered 3 Cheese burgers and 3 people got their food before me, when I complained they said my order was delayed because it was a very complex order, I said there is noting complicated on 3 cheese burgers and the other orders had more different foods. After that they started to be very aggressive, they took my tray and said that I don't need to eat there and didn't offer my money back. I got the tray back and said I will eat because I was starved and everyone inside the kitchen started to insult me for no reason and saying they are very tired to work so many hours with no rest. The food is good, but I will never be back, if you go, don't give any suggestion or comment they may not like, you may be insulted. Don't expect to be server in proper sequence. I hope the management have surveillance cameras to see what happened, it was Sunday, July, 28th around 6:00PM. Please improve the behavior, you guys know how to make great burgers.
RESPONSE TO THE OWNER REPLY: You are a liar and are creating false information, I have been in restaurants all over the globe, and never had a single incident, this is the first time, I'm a very calm and educated person, I will never be disrespectful with anyone, even if they disrespect me. I'm a good contributor to the Google reviews and nobody ever complained about me. You can see my reviews from all over the globe, zero issues. Regarding the incident at your restaurant, after I say that there is nothing complicated in 3 cheese burgers, the only word I said was okay (in very low voice) after each aggression from your staff, and at the end and I said "Thank you and have a nice day", at this time your staff was calm enough to respond in the same way. You have the video, you know that. I beg you to post the video without cuts to YouTube so everyone can what happened and also find a way to prove your accusation regarding my behavior (I know you can't because this is just false causation created by you dirt mind) , please I beg you, prove your self. Other thing, since you are treating me with police, please send the video the the Police, they will see what happened and you may get some of your staff in trouble. Please send the prove of me behavior in other places as well (that you invented), I wonder if you have courage to fabricate false information it and send to the police.
They way you are describing the event it looks like you are talking about a different incident, your staff was using aggressive words but not talking loudly, I don't think that any customer noticed the incident, the restaurant was full and nobody moved from the cashier line or from the waiting spot or from anywhere, everything was flowing in a normal way.

I pointed out that a price on their menu displayed outside was different than the ‘real’ menu inside (details below if you’re interested) and he went “i don’t know what the problem is here, it’s old menu out there, so what do you want, do you want your beer or not”. I worked in food business for 5+ years and wasn’t looking for ‘customer is always right’ response, but didn’t expect the rudeness either. And what’s funny is, after the conversation, the guy came out to see the menu and must’ve realized I was right because he took the menu display away.
So details, burger is $10, fries are $4, burger+fries+pop combo is $15 and craft beer is $5.50 (outside menu). I wanted burger, fries, and beer and was charged 15 as a pop combo + add beer 5.50. So I’m either missing pop or should’ve been charged less for substituting beer for pop. Turns out craft beer is 7.50 (ok there lol) and the menu in the store shows 7.50.
After taking away the menu displayed outside, I picked up my order and the guy saw me and still couldn’t own up to his rudeness or lack of understanding.
Yes I am karening out here but honestly, customer service makes a huge impact on the overall experience. I don’t need exemplary friendliness but I also don’t need attitude and arrogance for overpriced mediocre at best food.

Read moreIt was showering and we’re seated outside, we got small children and seniors with us so we seek shelter momentarily inside, the staff suggested multiple times to leave and eat outside. We understand it was crowded where we were at that time, but I think they could have reconsidered that we were with children and seniors. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a nice experience for us being customers just seeking a short time of refuge from the rain. Staff could learn something of this. Kindness can make so much difference. Good food but it’s a shame the staff’s behaviour didn’t do justice to this great restaurant. We got busy attending to our little ones that I forgot to ask the rude guy’s name in front, who insisted our leave many times. He should get more customer service training.
