4 stars over all. The food was good. But heres why it barely scrapes by at 4 :

1.Teenager at the front window could use a little customer service experience. He was a bit smirky. No big deal. A smash burger should have 2 patties. By law. A single is a double. They missed the memo apparently. Although it was well smashed and "lacey" still. If you serve fries at a stand like this there should be a ketchup dispenser. Asked for a lot of ketchup. Got 4 packets. Spent half my meal opening packets. Ketchup packets are the WORST. IYKYK. Put a bottle out for people ffs.

This was an absolutely terrible first experience here that will make me never order again. We ordered 3 poutines that had absolutely no gravy on any.. A hamburger that we asked for only cheese and extra pickles, it had lettuce and only 1 pickle, not to mention was very thin and tasteless.. the 2 spicy chicken burgers were 2 small tenders with what looked like a drop or so of sauce.. the tenders were good but at 9 bucks for 3 not worth it.. and it wasn't even busy.. we were the only order at the time.
