Extremely slow and inefficient service. So you have to line up when ordering hot food. Then you have to line up again to pay it because other people are lined up before you who are buying grocery items. This can take 30 - 40 mins of your time. Unnecessarily inconvenient. The guy who appears to be so slow in taking hot food orders and putting them into the container will be the same guy who will process the payment at the till. Why can they not have two persons at the counter to help with payments and another one for the hot foods? What is extremely annoying is the woman who’s taking care of the remittance can help but just sits all day. There’s not so many customers sending money so she could at least stand and assist to make the operations more efficient.
This is a very disorganized business and is poorly run or managed. They need to make drastic improvements on their organizational skills and customer service....
